【摘要】：證券投資基金起源于英國(guó)，在基金出現(xiàn)之后的很長(zhǎng)一段時(shí)間里英國(guó)都占據(jù)了基金交易量的頭把交椅。但是20世紀(jì)以來，隨著證券投資基金的發(fā)展，由于美國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)霸主地位的確立，經(jīng)濟(jì)的吸附效應(yīng)越來越明顯。證券投資基金市場(chǎng)的重心和焦點(diǎn)，以及產(chǎn)品的創(chuàng)新方面全都逐步向美國(guó)轉(zhuǎn)移。 本文主要介紹美國(guó)證券投資基金的發(fā)展歷程和成功因素，從這兩個(gè)方面剖析美國(guó)整個(gè)的證券投資基金的市場(chǎng)環(huán)境、法律制度和業(yè)務(wù)流程。這些不僅是對(duì)中國(guó)，，而且對(duì)全世界的證券投資基金業(yè)都會(huì)起到示范作用。 本文共分為三個(gè)部分，各個(gè)部分單獨(dú)成章而又相互聯(lián)系，共同構(gòu)成了一篇完整的介紹美國(guó)證券投資基金的文章。 第一部分為第一章和第二章。第一章為緒論部分，主要介紹選題背景和研究意義，還有國(guó)內(nèi)外最新的研究現(xiàn)狀。同時(shí)還有研究方法和研究框架，以及研究創(chuàng)新及不足。第二章是證券投資基金的一般理論分析，即證券投資基金的一些基本概念及投資組合理論。主要的目的在于明確基本概念和對(duì)象。 第二部分是本文的核心和重點(diǎn)，包括第三章、第四章和第五章。第三章介紹美國(guó)證券投資基金的發(fā)展歷程及其各階段的特征。通過梳理各個(gè)時(shí)期的發(fā)展歷程，筆者想向大家描繪出美國(guó)證券投資基金的整體圖譜并做出自己的判斷。第四章介紹美國(guó)證券投資基金發(fā)展的影響因素和成功經(jīng)驗(yàn)，不管是內(nèi)部因素還是外部因素，都是值得現(xiàn)階段的中國(guó)所借鑒的。第五章簡(jiǎn)要介紹了美國(guó)在證券投資基金市場(chǎng)所面臨的問題。 最后，第三部分也就是第六章作為整個(gè)文章的總結(jié)，介紹美國(guó)證券投資基金發(fā)展過程中的經(jīng)驗(yàn)對(duì)我國(guó)的啟示。
[Abstract]:Since the beginning of the 20th century , with the development of the securities investment fund , with the development of the securities investment fund , the economic absorption effect becomes more and more obvious . The focus and focus of the market of the securities investment fund and the innovation of the product are all gradually shifted to the United States . This paper mainly introduces the development course and success factors of the US securities investment fund , analyzes the market environment , legal system and business process of the whole securities investment fund in the United States from these two aspects . These are not only to China , but also to the world ' s securities investment fund industry . This paper is divided into three parts , each of which is divided into individual chapters and connected to each other , which together form a complete article about the United States Securities Investment Fund . The first part is divided into the first chapter and the second chapter . The first chapter is the introduction part , mainly introduces the background and the significance of the research , and also the latest research situation at home and abroad . The second chapter is the general theory analysis of the securities investment fund , that is , some basic concepts of the securities investment fund and the investment portfolio theory . The main purpose is to make clear the basic concepts and objects . The second part is the core and the focus of this paper , including chapter three , chapter four and chapter V . Chapter three introduces the development course of American securities investment fund and its characteristics . By combing the development course of each period , the author wants to draw up the whole map of American securities investment fund and make its own judgement . Chapter four introduces the influence factors and successful experience of American securities investment fund , both internal factors and external factors , which are worth reference to China at present . Chapter V briefly introduces the problems faced by the United States in the market of securities investment fund . Finally , the third part is the sixth chapter as the summary of the whole article , and introduces the experience in the development of the United States securities investment fund to our country .
