【摘要】：自改革開(kāi)放以來(lái)，我國(guó)城鎮(zhèn)化水平持續(xù)提高，但是截止到2012年底，城鎮(zhèn)化水平仍低于世界平均水平。隨著我國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)可持續(xù)發(fā)展面臨挑戰(zhàn)，單純依靠投資、出口模式難以持續(xù)，加快城鎮(zhèn)化進(jìn)程帶動(dòng)內(nèi)需重新走上日程。江蘇省作為我國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)最為發(fā)達(dá)的地區(qū)之一，經(jīng)濟(jì)對(duì)外貿(mào)依賴程度較高，而且城鎮(zhèn)化水平較全國(guó)高，研究江蘇省城鎮(zhèn)化進(jìn)程對(duì)于我國(guó)城鎮(zhèn)化發(fā)展具有重要的示范意義。影響城鎮(zhèn)化的因素較多，金融支持是其中重要的因素。城鎮(zhèn)化與金融市場(chǎng)具有與生俱來(lái)的內(nèi)在關(guān)系。城鎮(zhèn)化進(jìn)程由于涉及人口、產(chǎn)業(yè)、基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施等全方位投資，資金需求量較大，都離不開(kāi)金融市場(chǎng)的支持。因此研究江蘇省城鎮(zhèn)化進(jìn)程的金融支持具有重要的理論意義和現(xiàn)實(shí)價(jià)值。 論文從理論的角度來(lái)闡述金融支持與城鎮(zhèn)化進(jìn)程的內(nèi)在邏輯。城鎮(zhèn)化進(jìn)程內(nèi)涵：人口城鎮(zhèn)化、產(chǎn)業(yè)城鎮(zhèn)化和社會(huì)城鎮(zhèn)化。人口城鎮(zhèn)化是核心，產(chǎn)業(yè)城鎮(zhèn)化是經(jīng)濟(jì)基礎(chǔ)，社會(huì)城鎮(zhèn)化是外在表現(xiàn)形式，三者共同構(gòu)成城鎮(zhèn)化。人口城鎮(zhèn)化滿足：城鎮(zhèn)的吸引力、人地分離程度與人口自身綜合能力。產(chǎn)業(yè)城鎮(zhèn)化滿足：滿足大量農(nóng)村剩余勞動(dòng)力需求、為農(nóng)村入城居民提供持續(xù)穩(wěn)定工作。社會(huì)城鎮(zhèn)化滿足：良好的城鎮(zhèn)基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施、生態(tài)環(huán)境和較高生活水平。金融機(jī)構(gòu)能動(dòng)員儲(chǔ)蓄、促進(jìn)資本形成和提高資本配置效率進(jìn)而提高農(nóng)業(yè)勞動(dòng)生產(chǎn)率，促進(jìn)剩余產(chǎn)品和剩余勞動(dòng)力的產(chǎn)生，從而促進(jìn)人地分離程度和人口自身能力；金融機(jī)構(gòu)通過(guò)支持中小企業(yè)發(fā)展，滿足剩余產(chǎn)品和農(nóng)村剩余勞動(dòng)力，為居民提供穩(wěn)定的工作；金融支持城鎮(zhèn)基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施建設(shè)完善，改善生態(tài)環(huán)境，提高居民生活水平，從而進(jìn)一步提高城鎮(zhèn)的吸引力。金融機(jī)構(gòu)通過(guò)支持人口城鎮(zhèn)化、產(chǎn)業(yè)城鎮(zhèn)化和社會(huì)城鎮(zhèn)化，推動(dòng)城鎮(zhèn)化進(jìn)程。 論文對(duì)江蘇省城鎮(zhèn)化和金融支持現(xiàn)狀細(xì)致的分析，為實(shí)證分析奠定良好基礎(chǔ)。構(gòu)建金融支持和城鎮(zhèn)化進(jìn)程指標(biāo)體系，金融支持度包括：金融支持規(guī)模、金融支持結(jié)構(gòu)和金融支持效率。通過(guò)因子和回歸分析進(jìn)行實(shí)證檢驗(yàn)。實(shí)證分析發(fā)現(xiàn)，金融支持度對(duì)城鎮(zhèn)化進(jìn)程具有顯著促進(jìn)作用，城鎮(zhèn)化進(jìn)程反過(guò)來(lái)也促進(jìn)金融發(fā)展。針對(duì)江蘇省區(qū)域特點(diǎn)，分別對(duì)蘇南、蘇中和蘇北地區(qū)進(jìn)行回歸分析，發(fā)現(xiàn)金融支持度對(duì)三大區(qū)域城鎮(zhèn)化水平都有顯著支持作用，其中蘇北地區(qū)作用最明顯，蘇南最低。綜合分析，提出江蘇省城鎮(zhèn)化進(jìn)程中的金融支持問(wèn)題，，然后針對(duì)性地提出加大金融支持力度，促進(jìn)城鎮(zhèn)化進(jìn)程的政策建議。
[Abstract]:Since the reform and opening up, China's urbanization level continued to increase, but at the end of 2012, the urbanization level is still lower than the average level in the world. With the sustainable development of China's economy is facing challenges, relying solely on the investment, the export model is difficult to continue to accelerate the process of urbanization, driven by domestic demand back on the agenda. As one of the developed areas of Jiangsu province most of China's economy, economy of a higher degree of dependence of foreign trade, and the urbanization level higher than the whole country, research the process of urbanization in Jiangsu province has important demonstration significance for the development of China's urbanization. There are many factors affecting urbanization, financial support is one of the important factors. Urbanization and financial markets have internal relations with students come to the process of urbanization. Because of population, industry, infrastructure and a full range of investment, the demand for funds is large, all cannot do without the support of the financial market. So the study of Jiangsu The financial support of the process of urbanization in the province has important theoretical and practical value.
This paper from the perspective of theory to explain the inherent logic of financial support and the process of urbanization. Urbanization connotation: population urbanization, industrial urbanization and social urbanization. Urbanization is the core industry, urbanization is the economic foundation, social urbanization is the external form, the three together constitute the urban population urbanization. Meet: Urban attraction, people from their own comprehensive ability. And the degree of population urbanization industry meet: meet the needs of a large number of rural surplus labor force, providing a steady job for rural residents into the city. Society urbanization meet: good urban infrastructure, ecological environment and higher living standards. The financial institutions can mobilize savings, promote the capital formation and improve the efficiency of capital allocation and improve agricultural productivity, promote the surplus product and surplus labor production, so as to promote people to people and the degree of separation In their own ability; financial institutions by supporting the development of SMEs, meet the surplus product and surplus rural labor, to provide a stable financial support for residents; urban infrastructure construction, improve the ecological environment, improve the living standards of residents, so as to further improve the urban attraction. Financial institutions through the support of population urbanization, the urbanization and the industrial society urbanization, promote the process of urbanization.
The Jiangsu province urbanization and financial support for the status quo analysis, lay a good foundation for the empirical analysis. The establishment of financial support and urbanization index system, including financial support: financial support scale, financial support structure and financial support efficiency. Through the factor and empirical regression analysis. The empirical analysis shows that financial support the degree of urbanization has a significant role in promoting the process of urbanization, in turn, promote the financial development in Jiangsu province. According to the regional characteristics of South of Jiangsu, respectively, by regression analysis the middle and north of Jiangsu Province, issued financial support of the level of the three regional cities and towns have a significant supporting role, the northern Jiangsu area. The most obvious, the lowest in South of Jiangsu. Comprehensive analysis, put forward the question of financial support in Jiangsu Province in the process of urbanization, and then put forward to increase financial support to promote the process of Urbanization Policy recommendations.
