【摘要】:隨著我國(guó)國(guó)內(nèi)生產(chǎn)總值的持續(xù)快速增長(zhǎng),居民手中可支配收入不斷增加,財(cái)富不斷積累,銀行存款因其收益率較低,已經(jīng)不能滿足人們對(duì)財(cái)富保值增值的迫切需求,于是越來(lái)越多的投資渠道開(kāi)始受到人們的普遍關(guān)注。在我國(guó)居民可投資收入提高和商業(yè)銀行拓展中間業(yè)務(wù)收入壓力的供需雙重作用機(jī)制下,早已在西方發(fā)達(dá)國(guó)家發(fā)展成熟的商業(yè)銀行理財(cái)產(chǎn)品業(yè)務(wù)在我國(guó)發(fā)展迅速,為我國(guó)居民收入的保值增值以及銀行增加利潤(rùn)來(lái)源發(fā)揮了重要作用。然而,不可回避的問(wèn)題是,我國(guó)商業(yè)銀行發(fā)行的理財(cái)產(chǎn)品呈現(xiàn)出顯著的趨同性,這種趨同性不利于我國(guó)理財(cái)產(chǎn)品市場(chǎng)的健康發(fā)展,也難以滿足我國(guó)居民日益增長(zhǎng)的理財(cái)需求。 文章首先回顧和總結(jié)了銀行理財(cái)產(chǎn)品方面的研究成果,界定了所要研究的問(wèn)題,即銀行的同質(zhì)化現(xiàn)象;在此基礎(chǔ)上,文章對(duì)于同質(zhì)化問(wèn)題展開(kāi)了深入的分析,通過(guò)對(duì)數(shù)據(jù)的分析和理論模型的建立,重點(diǎn)剖析了銀行理財(cái)產(chǎn)品同質(zhì)化的特點(diǎn)、成因以及負(fù)面影響。通過(guò)對(duì)我國(guó)商業(yè)銀行理財(cái)產(chǎn)品同質(zhì)化問(wèn)題的分析,指出我國(guó)商業(yè)銀行理財(cái)產(chǎn)品在收益方式、基礎(chǔ)資產(chǎn)、預(yù)期收益率、期限結(jié)構(gòu)、發(fā)行幣種、產(chǎn)品設(shè)計(jì)理念等方面存在很大程度的同質(zhì)化趨勢(shì),并從我國(guó)的現(xiàn)行金融體制、銀行理財(cái)產(chǎn)品定價(jià)能力、銀行理財(cái)產(chǎn)品設(shè)計(jì)權(quán)力的分配、人才配置、銀行理財(cái)產(chǎn)品市場(chǎng)調(diào)查等方面分析了同質(zhì)化產(chǎn)生的原因,認(rèn)為這種同質(zhì)化趨向容易造成擾亂理財(cái)市場(chǎng)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)秩序,使中小型銀行面臨更高的風(fēng)險(xiǎn),且無(wú)法滿足國(guó)內(nèi)客戶日益增長(zhǎng)的理財(cái)需求。本文運(yùn)用豪泰林產(chǎn)品差異化模型,分析出理財(cái)產(chǎn)品同質(zhì)化導(dǎo)致的結(jié)果和實(shí)踐啟示,提出銀行理財(cái)產(chǎn)品差異化發(fā)展的策略,認(rèn)為我國(guó)銀行理財(cái)產(chǎn)品目前在居民投資熱情的帶動(dòng)、銀行業(yè)務(wù)轉(zhuǎn)型的要求、互聯(lián)網(wǎng)金融的興起以及監(jiān)管層面的壓力等影響下,差異化策略能夠更好地順應(yīng)時(shí)代的發(fā)展要求。提出了理財(cái)產(chǎn)品發(fā)展的差異化發(fā)展策略;最后,,本文從宏觀的金融秩序改革和微觀的銀行層面提出了相關(guān)可行性建議,以推動(dòng)銀行業(yè)理財(cái)產(chǎn)品市場(chǎng)的健康有序發(fā)展。 全文共分為四部分: 第一部分介紹了本文的研究的背景和選題意義,概要介紹了本文的研究思路和主要?jiǎng)?chuàng)新點(diǎn)。并且通過(guò)文獻(xiàn)的回顧,總結(jié)歸納了國(guó)內(nèi)外關(guān)于理財(cái)產(chǎn)品的研究成果,并分析了研究的不足,提出本文的研究方法。 第二部分主要介紹了銀行理財(cái)產(chǎn)品的特征、同質(zhì)化的表現(xiàn)形式,以及同質(zhì)化的原因與影響分析。 第三部分運(yùn)用豪泰林產(chǎn)品差異模型分析了我國(guó)銀行理財(cái)產(chǎn)品的同質(zhì)化問(wèn)題,并闡明了模型的實(shí)踐意義。 第四部分是介紹本文的結(jié)論,分析我國(guó)理財(cái)產(chǎn)品差異化的發(fā)展策略并提出可行性政策建議,提出銀行理財(cái)產(chǎn)品差異化發(fā)展的策略。
[Abstract]:With the rapid growth of China's GDP, the disposable income in the hands of residents is increasing, wealth is accumulating, and bank deposits have a low return rate. It has not been able to meet the urgent needs of people to maintain and increase the value of wealth. As a result, more and more investment channels began to receive widespread attention. Under the dual mechanism of supply and demand, the increase of residents' investable income and the pressure of commercial banks to expand their intermediate business income. The commercial bank financial product business, which has already developed mature in the western developed countries, has developed rapidly in our country, which has played an important role in maintaining and increasing the value of the residents' income and increasing the profit source of the bank. The unavoidable problem is that the financial products issued by commercial banks in China show significant convergence, which is not conducive to the healthy development of the financial products market in China. It is also difficult to meet the growing financial needs of Chinese residents. Firstly, the paper reviews and summarizes the research results of banking financial products, and defines the problems to be studied, that is, the homogeneity of banks; On this basis, the article on the homogenization of the in-depth analysis, through the analysis of the data and the establishment of theoretical models, focusing on the characteristics of homogenization of banking financial products. Through the analysis of homogeneity of financial products of commercial banks in our country, the paper points out that the financial products of commercial banks in our country are in the way of income, basic assets, expected return rate, term structure and issuing currency. There is a great degree of homogeneity trend in product design concept, and from the current financial system of our country, the pricing ability of banking financial products, the distribution of design power of banking financial products, the allocation of talents. This paper analyzes the causes of homogenization in the market investigation of banking products and thinks that the homogenization tends to disturb the competition order of financial management market and make medium and small banks face higher risks. And can not meet the growing financial needs of domestic customers. This paper uses the Hauterin product differentiation model to analyze the results and practical implications of homogenization of financial products. This paper puts forward the strategy of differentiated development of banking financial products, and thinks that banking financial products in our country are driven by residents' investment enthusiasm and the requirements of banking business transformation. Under the influence of the rise of Internet finance and the pressure of supervision, the differentiation strategy can better meet the development requirements of the times. Finally, this paper puts forward some feasible suggestions from the macro financial order reform and the micro banking level in order to promote the healthy and orderly development of banking financial products market. The full text is divided into four parts: The first part introduces the background and significance of this study, briefly introduces the research ideas and main innovative points. And through the review of the literature. This paper summarizes the research results of financial products at home and abroad, analyzes the shortcomings of the research, and puts forward the research methods of this paper. The second part mainly introduces the characteristics of banking financial products, the form of homogenization, as well as the causes and effects of homogenization. In the third part, the homogeneity of banking financial products in China is analyzed by using the difference model of Haotai forest products, and the practical significance of the model is clarified. Part 4th introduces the conclusion of this paper, analyzes the development strategy of financial product differentiation in China, puts forward feasible policy recommendations, and puts forward the development strategy of banking financial product differentiation.
