【摘要】:論文以Z銀行信用卡中心作為研究案例,針對該銀行信用卡不良率居高不降的存在問題,通過研究信用卡貸后管理業(yè)務數(shù)據(jù),對其現(xiàn)存客群做分析,找出問題客群,提出建立貸前、貸中、貸后的全面的風險控制機制等具體措施。研究過程可以作為各大商業(yè)銀行信用卡中心解決與防范信用風險的一個參考案例。 本文的研究是基于如下實際背景,即隨著中國經(jīng)濟迅速的發(fā)展,居民購買力的不斷增強以及在消費觀念方面的轉變,信用卡作為一種便捷的交易方式,在國內迅速地發(fā)展。已經(jīng)成為當今社會不可缺少的重要支付方式之一,也成為各銀行爭相發(fā)展的重點業(yè)務之一。但是,,在經(jīng)歷了多年跑馬圈地式的快速發(fā)展之后,為了竭力擴大客戶規(guī)模,各大銀行普遍存在濫發(fā)卡的現(xiàn)象,大量的發(fā)卡的同時帶來了巨大的風險敞口。而近年以來經(jīng)濟增速下滑、持卡人償債能力下降,各銀行的逾期率與不良率也悄然上升,讓銀行嘗到了盲目發(fā)卡的惡果。此外,目前各家銀行的流動性緊張、總行規(guī)模限制成常態(tài),各卡中心貸款規(guī)模受約束;資金成本上升帶來的資本約束;經(jīng)濟下行帶來風險約束。如何在規(guī)模約束、資本約束和風險約束的前提下降低不良率,如何由“跑馬圈地”向“精耕細作”轉型,如何調整客群結構是各家信用卡中心未來發(fā)展主題。 從信用卡信用風險進行剖析,提出可行的風險管理優(yōu)化策略建議,一方面希望通過采用提出的優(yōu)化策略建議,幫助卡中心優(yōu)化客群結構、降低不良率,從而達到卡中心經(jīng)營管理目標;另一方面也希望該分析方法與策略建議能對其他商業(yè)銀行信用卡業(yè)務的風險分析與控制起到一定的理論指導與借鑒意義。
[Abstract]:In this paper, Z Bank credit card center as a case study, in view of the bank credit card failure rate of high or no decline, through the study of credit card management business data, to its existing customer group analysis. Find out the problem group and put forward the establishment of the loan before the loan. The research process can be used as a reference case for the credit card center of major commercial banks to solve and prevent the credit risk. The research of this paper is based on the following practical background, that is, with the rapid development of Chinese economy, the increasing purchasing power of residents and the change of consumption concept, credit card is a convenient way of transaction. In the domestic rapid development. Has become one of the indispensable payment methods of the society, but also become one of the key business in the development of banks. After years of fast development, in order to expand the scale of customers, the phenomenon of card abuse is common in the major banks. The massive issuance of cards has also brought huge exposure. In recent years, economic growth has declined, cardholders' ability to repay debt has fallen, and banks' delinquency and delinquency rates have quietly risen. Let the bank taste the evil effect of blind card. In addition, the current liquidity of the banks are tight, the size of the head office is limited to normal, the card center loan size is constrained; Capital constraints brought about by the rising cost of capital; Under the premise of scale constraint, capital constraint and risk constraint, how to reduce the bad rate, and how to transform from "running horses and encircling land" to "intensive cultivation". How to adjust the structure of customers is the future development theme of credit card centers. From the credit card credit risk analysis, put forward feasible risk management optimization strategy recommendations, on the one hand, hope to use the proposed optimization strategy recommendations, to help the card center to optimize the structure of customers, reduce the bad rate. In order to achieve the management objectives of the card center; On the other hand, I also hope that the analysis method and strategy suggestions can play a certain theoretical guidance and reference significance to the risk analysis and control of credit card business of other commercial banks.
