【摘要】：隨著我國外商直接投資(FDI)的大量引進和就業(yè)壓力的不斷增加，外商直接投資對我國就業(yè)的影響受到越來越多關注。制造業(yè)不僅是吸收外商直接投資最多的行業(yè)，也是我國就業(yè)人員最多的行業(yè)。因此，以制造業(yè)為切入點探討外商直接投資是否對我國制造業(yè)就業(yè)產(chǎn)生影響以及產(chǎn)生什么樣的影響有著一定現(xiàn)實意義。 本文運用定性與定量分析、實證與規(guī)范分析相結合的方法，分別從就業(yè)量、就業(yè)質量兩個方面研究外商直接投資對我國制造業(yè)就業(yè)的影響。主要內容如下：首先對外商直接投資與就業(yè)關系的理論進行了簡單介紹；其次詳細介紹了外商直接投資對我國制造業(yè)就業(yè)影響的現(xiàn)狀；然后對外商直接投資對制造業(yè)就業(yè)量的影響進行了剖析，通過單根檢驗、協(xié)整檢驗和格蘭杰因果檢驗，得出外商直接投資與制造業(yè)就業(yè)量之間存在長期的穩(wěn)定關系，外商直接投資的增加可以帶動我國制造業(yè)就業(yè)量的增加；接著分析了外商直接投資對制造業(yè)就業(yè)質量的影響，簡單介紹了外商直接投資對就業(yè)質量的影響機制且利用道格拉斯生產(chǎn)函數(shù)建立模型，模型結果表明外商直接投資能夠提高制造業(yè)工資水平。最后，根據(jù)前文分析得出了“外商直接投資對我國制造業(yè)就業(yè)量產(chǎn)生長期的影響，外商直接投資的增加能夠促進我國制造業(yè)就業(yè)人數(shù)的增加；外商直接投資有利于我國制造業(yè)就業(yè)質量的提高”結論，之后提出了政策建議。
[Abstract]:With the introduction of foreign direct investment (FDI) and the increasing pressure of employment in China. More and more attention is paid to the influence of foreign direct investment on employment in China. Manufacturing industry is not only the industry that absorbs the most foreign direct investment, but also the industry with the largest number of employees. It is of practical significance to discuss whether foreign direct investment (FDI) has an impact on the employment of manufacturing industry in China and what kind of impact it has. This paper uses the methods of qualitative and quantitative analysis, empirical and normative analysis, respectively from the employment volume. The main contents are as follows: firstly, the theory of the relationship between FDI and employment is briefly introduced; Secondly, it introduces the current situation of foreign direct investment (FDI) on the employment of manufacturing industry in China. Then the impact of foreign direct investment on manufacturing employment is analyzed, through single root test, cointegration test and Granger causality test. It is concluded that there is a long-term stable relationship between foreign direct investment and manufacturing employment, and the increase of foreign direct investment can lead to the increase of manufacturing employment in China. Then it analyzes the impact of foreign direct investment on the quality of manufacturing employment, briefly introduces the impact mechanism of foreign direct investment on the quality of employment and establishes a model by using Douglas production function. The results of the model show that FDI can improve the wage level of manufacturing industry. Finally, according to the previous analysis, we draw the conclusion that "the effect of FDI on the employment growth period of manufacturing industry in China". The increase of foreign direct investment can promote the increase of manufacturing employment in China. Foreign direct investment (FDI) is beneficial to the improvement of the quality of manufacturing employment in China.
