深圳國有建筑施工企業(yè)人力資源管理問題及對策研究

【摘要】:進(jìn)入二十一世紀(jì)以來,隨著我國改革開放的不斷深入,各行各業(yè)都發(fā)生了深刻的變革。企業(yè)是最基本的、最龐大的社會經(jīng)濟(jì)組織,必須向市場提供商品和服務(wù),積極參與激烈的市場競爭,實(shí)行自主經(jīng)營、自負(fù)盈虧,獨(dú)立核算。為此,企業(yè)都必須加強(qiáng)對人才的重視,以人為本是企業(yè)生存和發(fā)展的一種必然趨勢。這也給企業(yè)人力資源管理帶來了新的思考。它是繼傳統(tǒng)的人事管理制度之后的又一種新型的管理理論和管理制度。伴隨著我國經(jīng)濟(jì)的快速發(fā)展,各種經(jīng)濟(jì)實(shí)體、經(jīng)營模式的不斷涌現(xiàn),企業(yè)對高素質(zhì)人才需求正在不斷增長。各類企業(yè)對人力資源都非常重視,希望通過人才的引進(jìn)和培養(yǎng),讓企業(yè)站在行業(yè)發(fā)展的最高點(diǎn),永遠(yuǎn)立于不敗之地。本文研究對象是深圳國有建筑施工企業(yè)人力資源管理問題,作者以所在的企業(yè)為實(shí)例,站在企業(yè)發(fā)展的新高度,提出了人力資源管理對企業(yè)發(fā)展過程中的影響和改進(jìn)措施。文中首先介紹了人力資源管理基本理論,接著分析了深圳國有建筑施工企業(yè)人力資源管理現(xiàn)狀及其存在的主要問題,然后提出了完善深圳國有建筑施工企業(yè)人力資源管理的改進(jìn)對策措施。本文研究目的是用現(xiàn)代人力資源管理理論和成功案例,結(jié)合特定公司的實(shí)際情況和組織管理特點(diǎn),解決公司人力資源管理方面的實(shí)際問題。作者利用實(shí)證分析法與比較分析法相結(jié)合,通過個人訪談、問卷調(diào)查、查詢數(shù)據(jù)、數(shù)據(jù)分析對比等,從企業(yè)的外部環(huán)境、內(nèi)部組織管理等方面對企業(yè)在人力資源管理中存在的問題進(jìn)行分析,提出企業(yè)人力資源管理改進(jìn)的主要對策措施。為公司的長足發(fā)展提供具有建設(shè)性、可操作性較強(qiáng)的人力資源管理辦法。
[Abstract]:Since the beginning of the 21 century, with the deepening of China's reform and opening up, profound changes have taken place in all kinds of industries. Enterprises are the most basic and largest social and economic organizations. They must provide goods and services to the market, actively participate in fierce market competition, carry out independent management, be responsible for their own profits and losses, and account independently. Therefore, enterprises must pay more attention to talents, and people-oriented is an inevitable trend for the survival and development of enterprises. This also brings new thinking to the enterprise human resource management. It is a new type of management theory and system after the traditional personnel management system. With the rapid development of China's economy and the continuous emergence of various economic entities and business models, the demand for high-quality talents is growing. All kinds of enterprises attach great importance to human resources, hope that through the introduction and training of talents, so that enterprises stand in the highest point of industry development, always in an invincible position. The research object of this paper is the human resource management of Shenzhen state-owned construction enterprises. Taking the enterprise where the enterprise is located as an example, the author puts forward the influence and improvement measures of human resource management on the process of enterprise development from a new height of enterprise development. This paper first introduces the basic theory of human resource management, and then analyzes the present situation and main problems of human resource management in Shenzhen state-owned construction enterprises. Then it puts forward the countermeasures to improve the human resource management of Shenzhen state-owned construction enterprises. The purpose of this paper is to solve the practical problems of human resource management in a company by using modern human resource management theory and successful cases, combined with the actual situation and organizational management characteristics of a specific company. The author combines empirical analysis with comparative analysis, through personal interviews, questionnaires, inquiry data, data analysis and comparison, from the external environment of the enterprise, This paper analyzes the problems existing in the human resource management of the enterprise from the aspects of internal organization and management, and puts forward the main countermeasures for the improvement of the human resource management of the enterprise. For the rapid development of the company to provide constructive, operable human resources management methods.
