【摘要】：礦山行業(yè)是我國事故傷亡率最高的行業(yè),安全管理是防止事故發(fā)生的重要手段之一。為評價礦山企業(yè)安全管理水平,基于SMART原則從人員、設備、環(huán)境和組織四個方面設置了礦山安全管理指標,利用D-S理論對多證據(jù)、多指標的數(shù)據(jù)進行融合,并結合實例進行了分析。結果表明,該方法能夠評價礦山企業(yè)安全管理水平,發(fā)現(xiàn)管理中存在的薄弱環(huán)節(jié),為采取防護措施提供依據(jù)。
[Abstract]:Mine industry is the industry with the highest accident casualty rate in China, and safety management is one of the important means to prevent accidents. In order to evaluate the safety management level of mining enterprises, the mine safety management indexes are set up from four aspects of personnel, equipment, environment and organization based on SMART principle, and the data of multi-evidence and multi-index are integrated by using D / S theory. The analysis is carried out with an example. The results show that this method can evaluate the safety management level of mining enterprises, find the weak links in management, and provide the basis for taking protective measures.
