CWJH公司員工績(jī)效考核研究
[Abstract]:With the improvement of socialist market economy system in our country and the further deepening of the reform of enterprise management system, more and more entrepreneurs attach importance to human resource management, and performance appraisal is the most important part of human resource management. It is an important issue that enterprise managers need to solve urgently. At present, the company staff post rotation, vocational training, job promotion, salary adjustment can not be separated from performance appraisal; all should be based on employee performance appraisal. Scientific, reasonable and fair performance appraisal, can play an incentive role, feedback role, communication role. At present, there are many shortcomings in the performance appraisal of many companies, such as only paying attention to the results and not paying attention to the process of performance appraisal, so that the potential of employees is difficult to be discovered. Therefore, for enterprises, employee performance appraisal research is very important, only a good performance appraisal system design, perfect security system, in order to achieve fair, reasonable and scientific performance evaluation, Therefore, whether to meet the actual needs of the enterprise staff performance appraisal system design is an urgent problem to be solved. This paper mainly optimizes the design of employee performance appraisal of CWJH company, and takes the employee performance appraisal of CWJH company as a case study. First of all, this paper analyzes the performance appraisal system of CWJH company in the past, and finds its shortcomings. Secondly, through questionnaire survey and interview, employees are asked to describe the main activity details, post responsibility and work content of the post, and use sPss statistical analysis software to analyze, and form a new job description and job specification. The staff of this position and the supervisor at a higher level are revised to form the final description; Thirdly, determine the performance appraisal index framework, determine the business priorities (enterprise KPI), establishment department-level KPI, to determine post-level KPI, setting evaluation standards and review and revise key performance indicators, and obtain weight data by questionnaire method. The empirical method and sorting method are used to analyze and process the data, so as to determine the weight of each index, and determine that CWJH company calculates the total performance value of employees by combining the weighting method with the performance value of each index. Then, CWJH feedback on the implementation of the employee performance appraisal program, as well as the establishment of the relevant supporting program system. Finally, through the case study of CWJH company, as well as the investigation and analysis of many private small and medium-sized enterprises, draw a conclusion. The employee performance appraisal design system can be promoted in small and micro private enterprises.
