【摘要】：本文通過對(duì)現(xiàn)存鋼鐵企業(yè)設(shè)備安全管理和檢修制度以及其它行業(yè)設(shè)備管理方法的研究,進(jìn)行分析和總結(jié)。通過對(duì)鋼廠設(shè)備管理現(xiàn)存問題的探討,描述了鋼廠現(xiàn)行檢修狀態(tài)和方法,同時(shí)提出本文所研究的基于對(duì)設(shè)備安全等級(jí)的劃分,及設(shè)備發(fā)生故障所造成的經(jīng)濟(jì)損失和設(shè)備發(fā)生故障率的一種新的設(shè)備安全管理理念。通過對(duì)設(shè)備進(jìn)行綜合的評(píng)價(jià),制定合理的檢修周期以降低設(shè)備事故發(fā)生率和設(shè)備檢修成本。
[Abstract]:This paper analyzes and summarizes the existing equipment safety management and maintenance system and other industry equipment management methods in iron and steel enterprises. Through the discussion of the existing problems of equipment management in steel mills, this paper describes the current maintenance state and methods of steel mills, and puts forward the classification of equipment safety grades studied in this paper. And a new equipment safety management concept of economic loss and equipment failure rate caused by equipment failure. Through the comprehensive evaluation of the equipment, a reasonable maintenance cycle is established to reduce the incidence of equipment accidents and the cost of equipment maintenance.
