基于精益思想的海上采油平臺生產(chǎn)過程質(zhì)量管理研究

【摘要】:隨著我國海洋石油開采事業(yè)的飛速發(fā)展,海洋開采石油產(chǎn)量正在逐年提高,但目前海上采油平臺普遍存在粗放式管理,油田運(yùn)營成本逐年上升,生產(chǎn)設(shè)備隨油田開發(fā)時間日益老化、員工更替過快、梯隊建設(shè)無法有效實(shí)施、油氣產(chǎn)量生產(chǎn)任務(wù)艱巨、國家對海上石油開采作業(yè)安全環(huán)保標(biāo)準(zhǔn)要求逐步提高等問題與壓力。如何降低海上采油平臺運(yùn)營成本,提高油田生產(chǎn)效率,是海上采油平臺目前迫切解決的問題。精益生產(chǎn)作為現(xiàn)今世界范圍內(nèi)最為先進(jìn)性的管理理論和模式,在全球范圍內(nèi)已被廣泛成功應(yīng)用,取得了驚人的經(jīng)濟(jì)成效和行業(yè)認(rèn)同,精益生產(chǎn)的核心理念是消除一切無意義的勞動和不必要的浪費(fèi),將精益生產(chǎn)思想引入海上采油平臺日常生產(chǎn)管理,利用精益生產(chǎn)方式和工具對海上采油平臺工藝流程、設(shè)備管理、現(xiàn)場管理等進(jìn)行改善,實(shí)現(xiàn)降本增效。論文嘗試運(yùn)用精益生產(chǎn)相關(guān)理論及方法,對目標(biāo)海上采油平臺生產(chǎn)現(xiàn)狀及問題進(jìn)行分析,并結(jié)合海上采油平臺流程型生產(chǎn)的特點(diǎn),論證分析海上采油平臺實(shí)施精益生產(chǎn)管理的必要性和可行性,并規(guī)劃、制定針對海上采油平臺的流程型精益生產(chǎn)實(shí)施方案。通過推行實(shí)施“5S”現(xiàn)場管理、目視管理、TPM、TQM等精益生產(chǎn)工具,改善海上采油平臺現(xiàn)場基礎(chǔ)管理,提高設(shè)備管理水平,為精益生產(chǎn)的實(shí)施奠定基礎(chǔ),同時進(jìn)一步從生產(chǎn)工藝流程優(yōu)化,設(shè)備分級管理兩方面實(shí)施精益改善。通過精益生產(chǎn)在海上采油平臺生產(chǎn)管理中的推行和實(shí)踐,為我國石油產(chǎn)業(yè)及其他流程型企業(yè)進(jìn)行精益生產(chǎn)應(yīng)用研究,并提供一定借鑒與參考。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of offshore oil exploitation in China, the production of offshore oil is increasing year by year. However, at present, extensive management exists in offshore oil recovery platforms, and the operating costs of oil fields are rising year by year. With the aging of oil field development time, the turnover of staff is too fast, the construction of echelon cannot be carried out effectively, the production task of oil and gas production is arduous, and the requirement of safety and environmental protection standard for offshore oil production operation is gradually improved by the state and other problems and pressures. How to reduce the operating cost of offshore oil recovery platform and improve the production efficiency of offshore oil recovery platform is an urgent problem to be solved at present. Lean production, as the most advanced management theory and model in the world today, has been widely used successfully in the world, and has achieved amazing economic results and industry recognition. The core idea of lean production is to eliminate all unnecessary labor and unnecessary waste, introduce lean production idea into daily production management of offshore oil recovery platform, and use lean production method and tools to make use of the technological process of offshore oil recovery platform. Equipment management, site management and other improvements to achieve cost reduction and efficiency. This paper attempts to use the lean production theory and methods to analyze the production status and problems of the target offshore oil production platform, and combined with the characteristics of the process production of the offshore production platform, The necessity and feasibility of implementing lean production management on offshore oil recovery platform are demonstrated and analyzed, and the process lean production implementation plan for offshore oil recovery platform is drawn up. Through the implementation of the "5S" site management, visual management, TPM,TQM and other lean production tools, to improve the on-the-spot basic management of offshore oil production platform, improve the level of equipment management, and lay the foundation for the implementation of lean production. At the same time, further from the production process optimization, equipment classification management two aspects to implement lean improvement. Through the implementation and practice of lean production in the production management of offshore oil recovery platform, the application of lean production in China's petroleum industry and other process enterprises is studied, and some references are provided.
