【摘要】:隨著信息技術(shù)日益發(fā)展,信息技術(shù)在人力資源管理應(yīng)用越來(lái)越廣泛。貴研鉑業(yè)股份有限公司是我國(guó)貴金屬材料領(lǐng)域的高科技型上市公司,但是其人力資源基礎(chǔ)信息沒(méi)有進(jìn)行有效的集中管理,缺乏適時(shí)的數(shù)據(jù)平臺(tái)進(jìn)行信息共享;人力資源的各項(xiàng)流程既有傳統(tǒng)的處理手段,又有零散的信息化方式,造成了較高人力資源管理成本,難以支撐企業(yè)可持續(xù)發(fā)展。為此,論文分析了貴研鉑業(yè)公司企業(yè)人力資源管理現(xiàn)狀和企業(yè)發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略規(guī)劃,結(jié)合當(dāng)前先進(jìn)的計(jì)算機(jī)技術(shù)和網(wǎng)絡(luò)技術(shù),依托昆明市科技計(jì)劃項(xiàng)目“基于企業(yè)戰(zhàn)略的人力資源管理系統(tǒng)”,開(kāi)發(fā)適合企業(yè)需求的信息化人力資源管理系統(tǒng),以實(shí)現(xiàn)貴研鉑業(yè)公司“科學(xué)化、系統(tǒng)化、精細(xì)化”的人力資源戰(zhàn)略目標(biāo)。本論文以貴研鉑業(yè)公司人力資源管理為研究對(duì)象,多方調(diào)研和分析了企業(yè)人力資源管理業(yè)務(wù)需求,建立了一套可行性強(qiáng)的人力資源管理模型和實(shí)施方案,系統(tǒng)的功能模塊涵蓋了基于貴研鉑業(yè)公司人力資源管理發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略思想的全部方面。系統(tǒng)在J2EE網(wǎng)絡(luò)技術(shù)、基于WEB的體系結(jié)構(gòu)、XML數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)技術(shù)與數(shù)據(jù)交換平臺(tái)等相關(guān)理論和技術(shù)的基礎(chǔ)上,設(shè)計(jì)、開(kāi)發(fā)了GY-HRMIS系統(tǒng),實(shí)現(xiàn)了能力素質(zhì)、績(jī)效管理、組織規(guī)劃、員工管理、考勤管理、招聘選拔、培訓(xùn)發(fā)展、薪酬設(shè)計(jì)、社保福利、查詢報(bào)表、我的工作平臺(tái)等管理功能。論文對(duì)設(shè)計(jì)完成的GY-HRMIS系統(tǒng)的功能、界面、性能等進(jìn)行了質(zhì)量測(cè)試,各項(xiàng)指標(biāo)均達(dá)到系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)要求。本論文探討了信息化在科技型上市公司人力資源管理中的應(yīng)用,實(shí)現(xiàn)人力資源信息和數(shù)據(jù)的收集、存儲(chǔ)、分析、查詢、統(tǒng)計(jì)、決策等過(guò)程,以及系統(tǒng)的圖形化與可視化,滿足特定用戶的需求,并具有一定的實(shí)用性和推廣性。
[Abstract]:With the development of information technology, the application of information technology in human resource management is more and more extensive. Guiyan Platinum Industry Co., Ltd. is a high-tech listed company in the field of precious metal materials in China, but its human resources basic information has not been effectively centralized management, lack of timely data platform for information sharing; The processes of human resources have not only the traditional processing means, but also the scattered information methods, resulting in a higher cost of human resources management, and it is difficult to support the sustainable development of enterprises. Therefore, this paper analyzes the current situation of human resource management and the strategic planning of enterprise development in Guiyan Platinum Industry Company, combining with the advanced computer technology and network technology. Relying on Kunming Science and Technology Plan Project, "Human Resource Management system based on Enterprise Strategy", this paper develops an information-based human resource management system suitable for the needs of enterprises, in order to realize the scientific and systematic development of Guiyan Platinum Industry Company. Refined "the strategic goal of human resources." Taking the human resource management of your research platinum industry company as the research object, this paper investigates and analyzes the business requirements of the enterprise's human resource management, and establishes a set of feasible human resource management model and implementation scheme. The function module of the system covers all aspects of the development strategy of human resource management based on the platinum industry company. On the basis of J2EE network technology, WEB-based architecture, XML database technology and data exchange platform, the system designs and develops the GY-HRMIS system, which realizes the ability quality, performance management, organization planning, and so on. Staff management, attendance management, recruitment and selection, training and development, salary design, social security benefits, inquiry reports, my work platform and other management functions. In this paper, the function, interface and performance of the designed GY-HRMIS system are tested, and all the indexes meet the requirements of the system design. This paper discusses the application of informatization in human resource management of listed companies of science and technology, and realizes the collection, storage, analysis, inquiry, statistics, decision-making and other processes of human resource information and data, as well as the graphics and visualization of the system. Meet the needs of specific users, and have a certain degree of practicality and extension.
