【摘要】：云南省內(nèi)礦產(chǎn)資源儲量豐富、種類齊全,但地質(zhì)勘查程度低,礦產(chǎn)資源開發(fā)利用程度偏低。本文通過SWOT分析方法,重點分析了云南省礦產(chǎn)資源開發(fā)利用中的優(yōu)勢(S)、劣勢(W)、機遇(O)和威脅(T),在此基礎(chǔ)上,運用SWOT交叉組合分析和矩陣模型等方法,合理制定了云南省礦產(chǎn)資源開發(fā)利用戰(zhàn)略目標(biāo)。最后,建議今后云南省礦產(chǎn)資源開發(fā)利用中,可選擇SO戰(zhàn)略和WO戰(zhàn)略,并提出了"兩個市場,兩種資源"戰(zhàn)略是云南礦業(yè)發(fā)展經(jīng)濟持續(xù)發(fā)展的重要戰(zhàn)略。
[Abstract]:Yunnan Province is rich in mineral resources, but the degree of geological exploration is low and the degree of exploitation and utilization of mineral resources is low. Based on the SWOT analysis method, this paper analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of (S), opportunity, (O) and threat (T), in the exploitation and utilization of mineral resources in Yunnan Province. On this basis, it uses the methods of SWOT cross-combination analysis and matrix model, and so on. Reasonable formulation of Yunnan Province mineral resources development and utilization of strategic objectives. Finally, it is suggested that SO strategy and WO strategy can be chosen in the exploitation and utilization of mineral resources in Yunnan Province in the future, and that the strategy of "two markets, two kinds of resources" is an important strategy for sustainable economic development of Yunnan mining industry.
