[Abstract]:The performance appraisal is the important guarantee to realize the enterprise management goal, is the necessary management behavior to realize the enterprise's sustainable development, how to establish a set of high-efficient appraisal system is the problem that every enterprise has to face. Shengli Oilfield Shengli Construction Supervision Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as Shengli Supervision Company) attaches particular importance to performance appraisal, but with the continuous expansion of the size of the enterprise, the capacity Supervision Department continues to increase, and the number of supervisors continues to expand. The existing performance appraisal system of capacity supervision department has been unable to meet the needs of the development of enterprises, to a great extent, it has restricted the development of the company and the further development of the market. Therefore, it is necessary to design a scientific and reasonable performance appraisal system for the production capacity supervision department according to the actual situation and development needs of the company. Through the research on the performance appraisal system of the Oil Field capacity Supervision Department of Shengli Supervision Company, the following results are obtained: 1. On the basis of consulting the relevant literature at home and abroad and on the basis of the on-the-spot investigation within the company, This paper deeply analyzes the problems and defects existing in the performance appraisal of the capacity Supervision Department of Shengli Supervision Company, and clarifies the reasons for the problems and defects. 2, using the balanced scorecard (BSC) theory and the analytic hierarchy process (AHP),) to establish the performance appraisal index system, the standard system and the weight system of the capacity supervision department, and form the performance appraisal system of the production capacity supervision department; 3, the organization and implementation procedure of performance appraisal and the corresponding feedback guarantee mechanism have been formulated, which effectively guarantee the smooth implementation of performance appraisal and improve the performance appraisal system of capacity Supervision Department. 4, proved by practical application. The evaluation system established can reflect the actual situation of each supervision department objectively and comprehensively, and the results are widely recognized, the enthusiasm of the staff is greatly improved, and the performance of the supervision department is increased rapidly. The practice proves that the established performance appraisal system can provide management guarantee for the construction of excellent oil field production capacity supervision department, and will inject strong strength into the continuous and rapid development of the enterprise, and has strong popularization and application value.
