基于精益六西格瑪管理的A公司產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量改進(jìn)研究

【摘要】:經(jīng)濟(jì)全球化的不斷深入使得企業(yè)面臨著越來越大的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)壓力。在激烈的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)環(huán)境中,企業(yè)在追求低成本、高效率的同時(shí)希望能夠?yàn)榭蛻籼峁└哔|(zhì)量的產(chǎn)品,愈來愈多的管理者開始關(guān)注“精益的速度”與“六西格瑪?shù)馁|(zhì)量”之間的融合問題,即精益六西格瑪管理法。眾多中國(guó)企業(yè)也紛紛開始積極探索精益六西格瑪管理法,然而能真正成功實(shí)施精益六西格瑪?shù)膮s并不多見。國(guó)內(nèi)對(duì)精益六西格瑪管理的研究主要停留在理論層面,如何同中國(guó)企業(yè)的發(fā)展實(shí)踐相結(jié)合,形成一套具有中國(guó)特色的精益六西格瑪管理方法是困擾許多企業(yè)的難題。 本文首先在對(duì)國(guó)內(nèi)外相關(guān)研究進(jìn)行綜述的基礎(chǔ)上,詳細(xì)論述了精益生產(chǎn)管理和六西格瑪管理的主要內(nèi)容及工具方法,,并介紹了精益六西格瑪管理的理論體系,提出精益六西格瑪管理的改善流程DMAIC II。本文的研究主要圍繞A公司提升130DB機(jī)種變壓器的制程直通率來展開,介紹精益六西格瑪管理工具DMAIC II在產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量改進(jìn)中的具體運(yùn)用。在定義階段,運(yùn)用精益生產(chǎn)原理,注重價(jià)值流程分析,識(shí)別關(guān)鍵質(zhì)量特性,確定改善范圍和項(xiàng)目目標(biāo);在測(cè)量階段,通過對(duì)Y的測(cè)量系統(tǒng)分析、過程能力分析、FMEA分析之后,對(duì)于簡(jiǎn)單的影響因素X用精益改善快速處理,而復(fù)雜的影響因素X則進(jìn)入分析階段;在分析階段,針對(duì)復(fù)雜影響因子X采用二元ANOVA方法和篩選DOE方法判斷因子的顯著性;在改善階段,通過量化DOE實(shí)驗(yàn)和因子RSM分析方法來得到最佳因子參數(shù),從而確定最佳改善方案,同時(shí)運(yùn)用精益現(xiàn)場(chǎng)管理對(duì)生產(chǎn)環(huán)境進(jìn)行全方位優(yōu)化;在控制階段,確認(rèn)項(xiàng)目改善效果,對(duì)項(xiàng)目效益科學(xué)評(píng)估,建立合理的控制計(jì)劃,進(jìn)行標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化處理。 本文在前人研究的基礎(chǔ)上提出了精益六西格瑪管理的理論體系,并歸納總結(jié)了精益六西格瑪管理工具DMAIC II在產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量改進(jìn)中的具體應(yīng)用步驟,對(duì)國(guó)內(nèi)中小企業(yè)成功推廣實(shí)施精益六西格瑪管理有一定的借鑒意義。
[Abstract]:With the deepening of economic globalization, enterprises are facing more and more competition pressure. In the fierce competitive environment, enterprises in pursuit of low-cost, high-efficiency, while hoping to provide customers with high-quality products, More and more managers begin to pay attention to the integration of Lean Speed and quality of six Sigma, that is, Lean six Sigma Management method. Many Chinese enterprises have begun to explore Lean six Sigma management method, but few of them can implement Lean six Sigma successfully. The domestic research on Lean six Sigma Management is mainly on the theoretical level. How to combine with the development and practice of Chinese enterprises to form a set of Lean six Sigma Management methods with Chinese characteristics is a difficult problem that puzzles many enterprises. Firstly, on the basis of summarizing the related research at home and abroad, this paper discusses the main contents and tools of Lean production Management and six Sigma Management in detail, and introduces the theoretical system of Lean six Sigma Management. The improvement process DMAIC II. of Lean six Sigma Management is put forward. The research of this paper mainly focuses on improving the process pass-through rate of 130DB transformer by Company A, and introduces the application of Lean six Sigma management tool DMAIC II in the improvement of product quality. In the definition stage, use the lean production principle, pay attention to the value flow analysis, identify the key quality characteristics, determine the improvement scope and project objectives; In the measurement stage, after the measurement system analysis, process capability analysis and FMEA analysis of Y, the simple influence factor X is improved and processed quickly, while the complex influence factor X enters the analysis stage. In the analysis stage, using binary ANOVA method and screening DOE method to judge the significance of the complex influence factor X; In the improvement stage, the best factor parameters are obtained by quantitative DOE experiment and factor RSM analysis, and the optimal improvement scheme is determined. At the same time, the lean field management is used to optimize the production environment in an all-round way. In the control stage, confirm the project improvement effect, scientifically evaluate the project benefit, establish the reasonable control plan, and carry on the standardization processing. Based on the previous research, this paper puts forward the theoretical system of Lean six Sigma Management, and summarizes the concrete application steps of Lean six Sigma Management tool DMAIC II in the improvement of product quality. To the domestic small and medium-sized enterprises successful promotion implementation Lean six Sigma management has certain reference significance.
