【摘要】：為適應(yīng)湖南汽車產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展對高素質(zhì)技術(shù)技能人才的強勁需求,湖南省各高職院校相繼開設(shè)汽車相關(guān)專業(yè),基本實現(xiàn)了與產(chǎn)業(yè)的同步發(fā)展。但是,還存在主動對接汽車支柱產(chǎn)業(yè)不足,盲目開設(shè)汽車類專業(yè),汽車專業(yè)設(shè)置與產(chǎn)業(yè)需求脫節(jié)等問題。為更好地發(fā)展汽車相關(guān)專業(yè),高職院校要對接汽車產(chǎn)業(yè),調(diào)整汽車專業(yè)招生規(guī)模;服務(wù)汽車產(chǎn)業(yè),建設(shè)汽車專業(yè)群;實現(xiàn)訂單培養(yǎng),加強校企合作等。
[Abstract]:In order to adapt to the strong demand for high-quality technical and skilled personnel in the development of Hunan automobile industry, various higher vocational colleges in Hunan Province have set up automobile-related majors one after another, which has basically realized the synchronous development with the industry. However, there are still some problems, such as the lack of active docking automobile pillar industry, the blind establishment of automobile specialty, and the disconnection between automobile specialty setting and industry demand. In order to better develop automobile-related majors, higher vocational colleges should connect with the automobile industry, adjust the enrollment scale of automobile majors, serve the automobile industry, build up automobile specialty groups, realize the training of orders, strengthen the cooperation between schools and enterprises, and so on.
