【摘要】：裝備制造業(yè)是國家工業(yè)生產(chǎn)能力以及國家經(jīng)濟增長的基礎，，是中國產(chǎn)品走出國門、參與世界競爭、樹立大國強國形象的象征，因此研究裝備制造業(yè)內(nèi)部產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)的優(yōu)化升級具有深遠的現(xiàn)實意義。本文在研讀國內(nèi)外研究成果的基礎上，對目前我國裝備制造業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)的發(fā)展進行了現(xiàn)狀分析，歸納出對我國裝備制造業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)升級有影響的五個主要因素，并對這五個影響因素進行機理分析，總結(jié)出它們對裝備制造業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)升級的作用機制。然后基于1999-2011年全國有關裝備制造業(yè)的經(jīng)濟數(shù)據(jù)，運用灰色關聯(lián)分析選取與影響因素相對應的指標體系，再根據(jù)主成分回歸分析結(jié)果建立計量經(jīng)濟學模型，得出八個指標對裝備制造業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)升級的作用方向與作用程度。實證結(jié)果表明對我國裝備制造業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)升級有正面影響的指標有大中型企業(yè)的研發(fā)投入強度、產(chǎn)業(yè)集中度和外資企業(yè)市場占有率、資本產(chǎn)出比、勞動生產(chǎn)率和對外貿(mào)易進出口額。其中大中型企業(yè)研發(fā)投入強度、產(chǎn)業(yè)集中度和外資企業(yè)市場占有率是推進我國裝備制造業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)升級的主要因子，資本產(chǎn)出比、勞動生產(chǎn)率和對外貿(mào)易進出口額對我國裝備制造業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)升級的影響程度居次要地位。另外，對我國裝備制造業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)升級有負面影響的指標只有國有經(jīng)濟，國有資產(chǎn)比重對裝備制造業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)升級有一定的阻礙作用。最后本文分別從自主創(chuàng)新、人才培養(yǎng)、貿(mào)易結(jié)構(gòu)、政策制度、外商投資、產(chǎn)業(yè)集聚等方面系統(tǒng)性地提出了促進我國裝備制造業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)升級提的政策建議。
[Abstract]:The equipment manufacturing industry is the foundation of the national industrial production capacity and the national economic growth. It is the symbol of Chinese products going abroad, participating in the world competition and establishing the image of a big country and a powerful country. Therefore, it is of profound practical significance to study the optimization and upgrading of the internal industrial structure of the equipment manufacturing industry. Based on the research results at home and abroad, this paper analyzes the current situation of China's equipment manufacturing industry, and concludes five main factors that have an impact on the upgrading of China's equipment manufacturing industry structure. The mechanism of these five influencing factors is analyzed, and their mechanism of industrial structure upgrading of equipment manufacturing industry is summarized. Then, based on the economic data of the equipment manufacturing industry from 1999 to 2011, the index system corresponding to the influencing factors is selected by using the grey relational analysis, and then the econometric model is established according to the results of principal component regression analysis. The function direction and degree of the eight indexes to upgrade the industrial structure of equipment manufacturing industry are obtained. The empirical results show that the indicators that have a positive impact on the upgrading of the industrial structure of China's equipment manufacturing industry are the R & D investment intensity of large and medium-sized enterprises, the degree of industrial concentration, the market share of foreign-funded enterprises, and the ratio of capital to output. Labour productivity and foreign trade imports and exports. Among them, the intensity of R & D investment, the degree of industrial concentration and the market share of foreign-funded enterprises are the main factors to promote the upgrading of the industrial structure of China's equipment manufacturing industry, the ratio of capital to output. The influence of labor productivity and import and export of foreign trade on the upgrading of industrial structure of China's equipment manufacturing industry is of secondary importance. In addition, only the state-owned economy has a negative impact on the upgrading of the industrial structure of China's equipment manufacturing industry, and the proportion of state-owned assets has a certain hindrance to the upgrading of the industrial structure of the equipment manufacturing industry. Finally, this paper systematically puts forward some policy suggestions to promote the upgrading of the industrial structure of China's equipment manufacturing industry from the aspects of independent innovation, talent training, trade structure, policy system, foreign investment, industrial agglomeration and so on.
