風(fēng)電裝備企業(yè)服務(wù)型制造模型優(yōu)化研究

【摘要】:我國(guó)的風(fēng)電裝備企業(yè)基礎(chǔ)薄弱,創(chuàng)新能力不強(qiáng),并且由于盲目擴(kuò)大生產(chǎn)而陷入同質(zhì)化競(jìng)爭(zhēng),影響風(fēng)電裝備企業(yè)的盈利能力。因此,加快風(fēng)電裝備企業(yè)的發(fā)展,提升風(fēng)電裝備企業(yè)的實(shí)力,對(duì)于優(yōu)化我國(guó)能源結(jié)構(gòu)具有重要意義。根據(jù)風(fēng)電裝備企業(yè)的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀與服務(wù)型制造的內(nèi)涵,本文為風(fēng)電裝備企業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)了一條向服務(wù)型制造轉(zhuǎn)型的路徑,并針對(duì)當(dāng)前階段的實(shí)際狀況,建立了一個(gè)服務(wù)調(diào)度優(yōu)化模型,采用智能算法進(jìn)行求解。首先,通過(guò)研究國(guó)內(nèi)外服務(wù)型制造的文獻(xiàn)成果,結(jié)合我國(guó)風(fēng)電裝備企業(yè)的現(xiàn)狀與服務(wù)型制造的理論內(nèi)涵,為風(fēng)電裝備企業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)了向服務(wù)型制造轉(zhuǎn)型的路徑。其次,結(jié)合風(fēng)電裝備企業(yè)現(xiàn)狀,提出風(fēng)電裝備企業(yè)在轉(zhuǎn)型初期的工作內(nèi)容。具有一定實(shí)力的風(fēng)電主機(jī)制造商聯(lián)合相關(guān)企業(yè),在風(fēng)電場(chǎng)分布密集區(qū)域設(shè)立服務(wù)基地,基地內(nèi)包含若干支服務(wù)隊(duì)。服務(wù)基地負(fù)責(zé)服務(wù)需求信息的獲取,并根據(jù)服務(wù)需求信息對(duì)服務(wù)隊(duì)進(jìn)行調(diào)度,服務(wù)隊(duì)則根據(jù)服務(wù)需求及調(diào)度安排,為風(fēng)電廠提供維護(hù)、維修及備品備件服務(wù)。再次,本文在考慮了維修時(shí)間、運(yùn)輸時(shí)間、運(yùn)輸費(fèi)用、服務(wù)能力、服務(wù)需求約束下,構(gòu)建了數(shù)學(xué)模型以優(yōu)化服務(wù)隊(duì)的調(diào)度,使服務(wù)隊(duì)的服務(wù)效率最高。選擇用遺傳算法求解該模型,使用基于風(fēng)電場(chǎng)和服務(wù)隊(duì)的混合非負(fù)整數(shù)分段編碼方式,避免了遺傳操作過(guò)程中非法解的產(chǎn)生。最后依據(jù)DF風(fēng)電裝備企業(yè)提供的數(shù)據(jù)作為實(shí)證分析的對(duì)象,用Matlab編程進(jìn)行實(shí)例求解,得到了滿意的結(jié)果,驗(yàn)證了模型的科學(xué)性和準(zhǔn)確性。
[Abstract]:The foundation of wind power equipment enterprises in China is weak, the innovation ability is not strong, and because of blindly expanding production, they fall into homogeneous competition, which affects the profitability of wind power equipment enterprises. Therefore, speeding up the development of wind power equipment enterprises and enhancing the strength of wind power equipment enterprises is of great significance to optimize the energy structure of our country. According to the development status of wind power equipment enterprises and the connotation of service-oriented manufacturing, this paper designs a route for wind power equipment enterprises to transform to service-oriented manufacturing, and establishes a service scheduling optimization model in view of the actual situation in the current stage. Intelligent algorithm is used to solve the problem. Firstly, by studying the domestic and foreign literature achievements of service-oriented manufacturing, combining the current situation of wind power equipment enterprises in China and the theoretical connotation of service-oriented manufacturing, this paper designs the transition path to service-oriented manufacturing for wind power equipment enterprises. Secondly, according to the current situation of wind power equipment enterprises, put forward the work content of wind power equipment enterprises in the initial stage of transformation. Wind power mainframe manufacturers unite with related enterprises to set up service bases in the areas where wind farms are densely distributed, which includes several service teams. The service base is responsible for obtaining the service demand information and scheduling the service team according to the service demand information. The service team provides the maintenance, maintenance and spare parts service for the wind power plant according to the service demand and scheduling arrangement. Thirdly, under the constraints of maintenance time, transportation cost, service capacity and service demand, this paper constructs a mathematical model to optimize the scheduling of the service team, so that the service efficiency of the service team is the highest. The genetic algorithm is used to solve the model and the mixed nonnegative integer segment coding method based on wind farm and service team is used to avoid the illegal solution in the genetic operation process. Finally, according to the data provided by DF wind power equipment enterprises as the object of empirical analysis, Matlab programming is used to solve the case, and the satisfactory results are obtained, which verifies the scientific nature and accuracy of the model.
