【摘要】：2013年開始我國多地出現了嚴重的霧霾天氣,PM2.5數值暴增,對人類的健康產生了威脅,也給煤炭企業(yè)敲響了警鐘。21世紀到來的同時也給人們帶來了“綠色”的消費追求,煤炭行業(yè)“高污染、高消耗、低回收”的生產模式必將被時代淘汰。因此,建設大型現代化煤礦企業(yè),提高資源的綜合利用率,提升礦區(qū)環(huán)境凈化質量,煤炭行業(yè)正在向集約化、潔凈化、綠色化的方向發(fā)展。所謂綠色煤炭就是在循環(huán)經濟的基礎上用“綠色理念”去開采“黑色煤炭”。要構建綠色煤炭企業(yè),首先要解決煤炭生產過程中排放的廢棄物的處理,例如煤矸石,廢水廢渣等廢棄物通過一系列高新技術的轉化變廢為寶,實現企業(yè)綠色清潔生產,也實現了企業(yè)的產業(yè)鏈延伸的發(fā)展。其次,要使煤炭企業(yè)發(fā)展成為綠色煤炭企業(yè),宣傳綠色理念則成為至關重要的部分,加強企業(yè)內部管理,加大宣傳綠色理念的力度,提倡資源回收利用。本文結合以上相關綠色煤炭的研究基礎,對綠色煤炭企業(yè)的發(fā)展進行了系統(tǒng)的研究,分析了建立綠色煤炭企業(yè)的影響因素,由此構建了綠色煤炭企業(yè)評價體系的內容框架,主要從綠色煤炭清潔生產,資源再利用綜合開發(fā),企業(yè)綠色管理和社區(qū)環(huán)境四個方面進行了詳細的分析闡述。以山西潞安煤炭企業(yè)為例,運用層次分析方法與灰色聚類評價模型對潞安進行綠色煤炭企業(yè)的評價研究,找出企業(yè)綠色發(fā)展的不足之處,提出相應的對策,構建完善的綠色煤炭企業(yè)發(fā)展體系。
[Abstract]:Since 2013, there have been severe haze weather in our country, and the number of PM2.5 has increased dramatically, which has threatened the health of human beings and sounded the alarm for coal enterprises. The 21st century has also brought people "green" consumption pursuit. Coal industry "high pollution, high consumption, low-recovery" production model will be eliminated by the times. Therefore, the coal industry is developing in the direction of intensive, clean and green, to build large modern coal mine enterprises, to improve the comprehensive utilization of resources and to improve the quality of environmental purification in mining areas. Green coal is to mine black coal with green idea on the basis of circular economy. In order to build a green coal enterprise, first of all, it is necessary to solve the problem of disposal of wastes discharged in the coal production process, such as coal gangue, waste water, and so on. Through a series of high-tech transformation, the waste will be turned into a treasure, so as to realize the green and clean production of the enterprise. Also realized the enterprise's industrial chain extension development. Secondly, in order to make coal enterprise develop into green coal enterprise, propagating green idea becomes a vital part, strengthening internal management of enterprise, strengthening propaganda of green idea, advocating resource recovery and utilization. In this paper, the development of green coal enterprises is systematically studied, the influencing factors of establishing green coal enterprises are analyzed, and the content framework of evaluation system of green coal enterprises is constructed. In this paper, the green coal clean production, the comprehensive exploitation of resources, the green management of enterprises and the community environment are analyzed and expounded in detail. Taking Shanxi Lu'an coal enterprise as an example, this paper applies the analytic hierarchy process (AHP) method and the grey cluster evaluation model to evaluate the green coal enterprise in Lu'an, finds out the deficiency of the green development of the enterprise, and puts forward the corresponding countermeasures. Build a perfect green coal enterprise development system.
