【摘要】：能源是發(fā)展國民經(jīng)濟的命脈，是提高人民生活水平的重要物資基礎(chǔ)。近幾年我國煤炭企業(yè)由于產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)不合理，在社會、經(jīng)濟、環(huán)境等方面存在著十分尖銳的矛盾。從長期發(fā)展的觀點看，由于煤炭資源的不可再生性，煤炭企業(yè)的發(fā)展必然受到煤炭資源的約束。因此，煤炭企業(yè)進行產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈延伸、優(yōu)化產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)、大力發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略新興產(chǎn)業(yè)是實現(xiàn)可持續(xù)發(fā)展的必然之路。 本文在深入分析我國現(xiàn)階段煤炭產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展的基礎(chǔ)上，提出了延伸煤炭產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈、發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略性新興產(chǎn)業(yè)的發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略。從產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈的本質(zhì)特征入手，分析煤炭戰(zhàn)略新興產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈的形成。在此基礎(chǔ)上深入分析內(nèi)外部因素對煤炭戰(zhàn)略新興產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈演化的影響作用，構(gòu)建影響因素作用機理，并利用結(jié)構(gòu)方程模型對影響因素進行實證分析。煤炭戰(zhàn)略新興產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈系統(tǒng)適用于耗散結(jié)構(gòu)理論，產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈在價值動因、市場驅(qū)動、技術(shù)進步以及自組織協(xié)同演化動因四方面作用下呈螺旋式、非線性演化發(fā)展，同時受到生態(tài)環(huán)境的約束。 在理論研究的基礎(chǔ)上，以系統(tǒng)動力學(xué)模型（SD）識別出的系統(tǒng)敏感性因素作為決策變量，以煤炭戰(zhàn)略新興產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈經(jīng)濟效益和生態(tài)效益的最大化為目標(biāo)，建立MOP模型，，構(gòu)造了煤炭戰(zhàn)略新興產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈SD-MOP模型，并運用遺傳算法對多目標(biāo)進行最優(yōu)化求解，進而得出煤炭戰(zhàn)略新興產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈的發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略，為煤炭戰(zhàn)略新興產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈的研究提供了可行的方法。最后，運用建立的理論、模型和分析方法，以義馬煤業(yè)集團為例進行實證研究，通過模型演化仿真，為義煤集團煤炭戰(zhàn)略新興產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈發(fā)展提供了一定的理論指導(dǎo)和依據(jù)。
[Abstract]:Energy is the lifeblood of the development of the national economy and an important material basis for improving the living standards of the people. In recent years, because of unreasonable industrial structure, coal enterprises in our country have very sharp contradictions in society, economy, environment and so on. From the point of view of long-term development, the development of coal enterprises is bound to be restricted by coal resources because of the non-reproducibility of coal resources. Therefore, it is an inevitable way to realize sustainable development for coal enterprises to extend the industrial chain, optimize the industrial structure and vigorously develop strategic emerging industries. On the basis of deeply analyzing the development of coal industry in our country at present, this paper puts forward the development strategy of extending coal industry chain and developing strategic emerging industry. Starting with the essential characteristics of the industrial chain, this paper analyzes the formation of the coal strategic emerging industrial chain. On this basis, the influence of internal and external factors on the evolution of coal strategic emerging industrial chain is deeply analyzed, and the mechanism of influencing factors is constructed, and the influence factors are empirically analyzed by using structural equation model. The coal strategic emerging industrial chain system is suitable for the dissipative structure theory. The industry chain takes on a spiral and nonlinear evolution under the action of value driver, market drive, technological progress and self-organization co-evolution motivation. At the same time by the ecological environment constraints. Based on the theoretical research, the system sensitivity factors identified by the system dynamics model (SD) are taken as decision variables, and the MOP model is established with the goal of maximizing the economic and ecological benefits of the coal strategic emerging industrial chain. This paper constructs the SD-MOP model of coal strategic emerging industry chain, and uses genetic algorithm to solve the problem of multi-objective optimization, and then obtains the development strategy of coal strategic emerging industrial chain. It provides a feasible method for the study of coal strategic emerging industry chain. Finally, using the established theory, model and analysis method, taking the Yima Coal Industry Group as an example to carry on the empirical research, through the model evolution simulation, has provided the certain theory instruction and the basis for the Yiwu Coal Group coal strategic emerging industry chain development.
