【摘要】：本研究從2005年到2014年連續(xù)十年隨機(jī)抽樣調(diào)查,每年抽取不少300批次樣品,共抽取3213批次,每年抽取的樣品分四個(gè)季度檢驗(yàn)完成。通過調(diào)查獸藥生產(chǎn)企業(yè)、經(jīng)營企業(yè)和使用單位生產(chǎn)發(fā)展情況以及獸藥使用單位的用藥情況,結(jié)合獸藥產(chǎn)品檢驗(yàn)結(jié)果;以2010年為界,將十年抽樣時(shí)間分為前五年(2005-2009年)和后五年(2010-2014年),對(duì)檢驗(yàn)結(jié)果數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行統(tǒng)計(jì),分別從劑型、類別和使用對(duì)象三方面進(jìn)行分析。研究發(fā)現(xiàn)雖我省獸藥產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量呈現(xiàn)上升的趨勢,但仍然存在一些問題,例如,含量達(dá)不到法定標(biāo)準(zhǔn)、非法添加非處方成分和外包裝不符要求,夸大療效等;認(rèn)真分析獸藥質(zhì)量問題存在的形式,查找影響獸藥質(zhì)量的因素,提出解決獸藥產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量存在問題的措施,為提高我省獸藥產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量、獸藥監(jiān)管效率和獸藥產(chǎn)業(yè)健康發(fā)展提出建議,確實(shí)發(fā)揮獸藥為我省養(yǎng)殖業(yè)發(fā)展保駕護(hù)航的作用。
[Abstract]:From 2005 to 2014, a total of 3213 batches were sampled from 2005 to 2014, and the samples were tested in four quarters each year. By investigating the production and development of veterinary drug production enterprises, business enterprises and user units and the drug use situation of veterinary drug users, combined with the results of veterinary drug products inspection; In 2010, the 10-year sampling time was divided into the first five years (2005-2009) and the latter five (2010-2014). The test results were statistically analyzed from three aspects: dosage form, category and object of use. The study found that although the quality of veterinary drug products in our province showed an upward trend, there are still some problems, such as the content is not up to the legal standard, the illegal addition of over-the-counter ingredients and outer packaging do not meet the requirements, and exaggerate the curative effect. In order to improve the quality of veterinary drug products in our province, the existing forms of veterinary drug quality problems are analyzed, the factors affecting the quality of veterinary drugs are found out, and the measures to solve the problems in the quality of veterinary drug products are put forward in order to improve the quality of veterinary drug products. The efficiency of veterinary medicine supervision and the healthy development of veterinary medicine industry are put forward to give full play to the role of veterinary drugs as escort for the development of aquaculture industry in our province.
