【摘要】：世界上第一本精細化管理著作是1911年泰勒發(fā)表的《科學(xué)管理原理》一書。而精細化管理作為現(xiàn)代企業(yè)的一個管理概念,則是由日本企業(yè)在20世紀50年代開始提出的。精細化管理的理論已經(jīng)被越來越多的企業(yè)管理者所接受,精細化管理就是一種先進的管理文化和管理方式。但理論界對于石油鉆井企業(yè)成本精細化管理的研究卻相對滯后,尚未形成一個權(quán)威有效的管理體系。本文將針對鉆井成本精細化管理的實踐應(yīng)用展開研究。首先對安徽公司粗放式成本管理現(xiàn)狀進行概述,然后根據(jù)精細化管理理論及其要求,提出鉆井成本精細化管理的研究思路和方法。通過對管理實踐中存在問題的深入分析,提出實施鉆井成本精細化管理原則和思路,結(jié)合石油鉆井行業(yè)的成本構(gòu)成和生產(chǎn)、技術(shù)、管理特點,從管理機制創(chuàng)新、管理手段創(chuàng)新和管理細節(jié)深化等三個方面,闡述精細化理念在鉆井成本管控上的實踐應(yīng)用,以成本有效管控為目標,構(gòu)建由生產(chǎn)組織、技術(shù)工藝、績效管理共同支撐的鉆井成本精細化管理體系。最后,闡述了實施鉆井成本精細化管理的保障措施。
[Abstract]:The first fine management book in the world was Taylor's Scientific Management principles in 1911. Fine management as a modern enterprise management concept was put forward by Japanese enterprises in the 1950s. The theory of fine management has been accepted by more and more enterprise managers. Fine management is an advanced management culture and management method. However, the research on the refined cost management of oil drilling enterprises is relatively lagging behind, and has not yet formed an authoritative and effective management system. In this paper, the practical application of fine drilling cost management will be studied. This paper first summarizes the present situation of extensive cost management in Anhui Company, and then, according to the theory of fine management and its requirements, puts forward the research ideas and methods of fine drilling cost management. Through the deep analysis of the problems existing in the management practice, this paper puts forward the principles and ideas of implementing the fine management of drilling cost, combining with the cost composition and production, technology and management characteristics of the petroleum drilling industry, and innovating the management mechanism. The innovation of management means and the deepening of management details are discussed in this paper. The practical application of the refined concept in drilling cost control is expounded. With the goal of effective cost control, the production organization and technology process are constructed. Performance management supported by the fine drilling cost management system. At last, the guarantee measures to implement the fine management of drilling cost are expounded.
