【摘要】：基于行為經(jīng)濟學(xué)理論,探討了煤礦安全生產(chǎn)組織行為機理形成過程,并基于風(fēng)險偏好構(gòu)建了煤礦安全生產(chǎn)組織行為風(fēng)險模型。在該風(fēng)險模型基礎(chǔ)上,分析了煤礦安全生產(chǎn)違規(guī)行為構(gòu)成及違規(guī)成本,并對違規(guī)行為進行了經(jīng)濟分析。分析結(jié)果表明:大多數(shù)煤礦在面臨"獲得"時安全生產(chǎn)組織行為是風(fēng)險規(guī)避的,在面臨"損失"時安全生產(chǎn)組織行為是風(fēng)險偏愛的,且對"損失"更為敏感。
[Abstract]:Based on the theory of behavioral economics, the formation process of organization behavior mechanism of coal mine safety production is discussed, and the risk model of coal mine safety production organization behavior is constructed based on risk preference. On the basis of the risk model, the composition and cost of violation in coal mine production safety are analyzed, and the economic analysis of violation is carried out. The results show that most coal mines are risk-averse when they are faced with "acquisition", and are more sensitive to "loss" when they are faced with "loss".
