【摘要】：主要內(nèi)容 本文主要以中國(guó)轉(zhuǎn)變經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展模式,注重經(jīng)濟(jì)的可持續(xù)發(fā)展,低碳發(fā)展理念,以節(jié)能減排為重點(diǎn),加快構(gòu)建資源節(jié)約、環(huán)境友好的生產(chǎn)方式和消費(fèi)模式為邏輯出發(fā)點(diǎn),探討了大氣污染防治設(shè)備制造業(yè)在政策導(dǎo)向下所帶來(lái)的投資機(jī)會(huì),并且通過(guò)分析對(duì)比總結(jié)出行業(yè)龍頭龍凈環(huán)保股份有限公司所擁有的核心競(jìng)爭(zhēng)優(yōu)勢(shì)。 本文第一章主要闡述筆者選擇大氣污染防治設(shè)備制造行業(yè)進(jìn)行研究的選題背景。主要是基于兩個(gè)方面的考慮,一是政府注重保護(hù)環(huán)境,促進(jìn)可持續(xù)發(fā)展；二是,環(huán)保產(chǎn)業(yè),尤其在是大氣污染防治方面成為經(jīng)濟(jì)的新增長(zhǎng)點(diǎn)。 本文第二章主要分析大氣污染防治設(shè)備制造業(yè)的行業(yè)目前狀況,其中包括中國(guó)的大氣污染現(xiàn)局、行業(yè)規(guī)模和行業(yè)的運(yùn)行特點(diǎn)。最后用模型分析了外部因素對(duì)該行業(yè)的一些影響。 本文第三章主要介紹行業(yè)的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)格局和進(jìn)入壁壘,利用模型詳細(xì)分析了大氣污染防治設(shè)備制造業(yè)的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)格局。主要從技術(shù)壁壘、資金壁壘、管理能力壁壘闡述行業(yè)的進(jìn)入壁壘。 本文第四章主要從兩個(gè)方面分析了行業(yè)的發(fā)展趨勢(shì),一是行業(yè)的增長(zhǎng)點(diǎn),二是行業(yè)所面臨的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)。 本文第五章是公司層面的分析,筆者選擇了龍凈環(huán)保股份有限公司進(jìn)行分析。主要從公司的戰(zhàn)略、核心競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力和財(cái)務(wù)方面進(jìn)行分析。 本文第六章是本文的結(jié)論部分。該部分總結(jié)了筆者前面對(duì)行業(yè)以及龍凈環(huán)保股份有限公司的觀(guān)點(diǎn)。 創(chuàng)新之處 在行業(yè)分析層面上,筆者采用了PEST模型來(lái)對(duì)行業(yè)的現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行表述和采用了波特五力模型來(lái)對(duì)行業(yè)的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)格局進(jìn)行了剖析,更清晰明了的分析了大氣污染防治設(shè)備制造行業(yè)所面臨的一些機(jī)遇和挑戰(zhàn)。 在公司分析層面上,獨(dú)到之處在于對(duì)龍凈環(huán)保核心競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力的挖掘,從經(jīng)營(yíng)和財(cái)務(wù)上分析龍凈環(huán)保在產(chǎn)品技術(shù)和管理上優(yōu)于競(jìng)爭(zhēng)對(duì)手的原因。
[Abstract]:The main content of this paper is to change the economic development model of China, pay attention to the sustainable development of the economy, the concept of low-carbon development, energy saving and emission reduction as the focus, accelerate the construction of resource conservation. The environmentally friendly mode of production and consumption are taken as the logical starting point, and the investment opportunities of the air pollution prevention and control equipment manufacturing industry under the guidance of policy are discussed. The core competitive advantage of Longjing Environmental Protection Co., Ltd. In the first chapter, the author chooses the background of air pollution prevention and control equipment manufacturing industry. It is mainly based on the consideration of two aspects, one is that the government pays attention to protecting the environment and promoting the sustainable development, the other is that the environmental protection industry, especially in the prevention and control of air pollution, has become a new growth point of the economy. The second chapter mainly analyzes the current situation of the air pollution prevention equipment manufacturing industry, including the current situation of air pollution in China, the industry scale and the characteristics of the industry operation. Finally, the model is used to analyze the influence of external factors on the industry. The third chapter mainly introduces the competition pattern and entry barriers of the industry, and analyzes the competition pattern of the air pollution prevention equipment manufacturing industry in detail by using the model. Mainly from the technical barriers, capital barriers, management capacity barriers to the industry's entry barriers. The fourth chapter mainly analyzes the development trend of the industry from two aspects, one is the growth point of the industry, the other is the risk faced by the industry. The fifth chapter is the company level analysis, the author chose Longjing Environmental Protection Co., Ltd. to analyze. Mainly from the company's strategy, core competitiveness and financial aspects of analysis. The sixth chapter is the conclusion of this paper. This part summarizes the author's previous views on the industry and Longjing Environmental Protection Co., Ltd. On the level of industry analysis, the author adopts the PEST model to describe the current situation of the industry and the Porter's five forces model to analyze the competition pattern of the industry. Some opportunities and challenges faced by the manufacturing industry of air pollution prevention equipment are analyzed more clearly. On the level of company analysis, the originality lies in the excavation of the core competitiveness of Longjing environmental protection, and the reasons why Longjing environmental protection is superior to its competitors in product technology and management in terms of management and finance.
