【摘要】：競(jìng)爭(zhēng)情報(bào)系統(tǒng)是企業(yè)的"中央情報(bào)局",在企業(yè)中擔(dān)負(fù)著預(yù)警、決策支持的重要角色,能夠幫助企業(yè)獲得可持續(xù)性的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)發(fā)展優(yōu)勢(shì)。當(dāng)前,中國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)和中國(guó)鋼鐵工業(yè)進(jìn)入中低速發(fā)展的新常態(tài),鋼鐵行業(yè)的同質(zhì)化競(jìng)爭(zhēng)日益加劇。為應(yīng)對(duì)生存發(fā)展的挑戰(zhàn),越來(lái)越多的鋼鐵企業(yè)開始構(gòu)建自己的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)情報(bào)系統(tǒng)。隨著大數(shù)據(jù)、物聯(lián)網(wǎng)、移動(dòng)終端等新的網(wǎng)絡(luò)信息技術(shù)平臺(tái)的發(fā)展,企業(yè)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)情報(bào)活動(dòng)逐步走向深入。因此,運(yùn)用新思維、新技術(shù)對(duì)原有競(jìng)爭(zhēng)情報(bào)系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行改進(jìn)具有非常重要的現(xiàn)實(shí)意義。本文對(duì)QG公司競(jìng)爭(zhēng)情報(bào)系統(tǒng)改進(jìn)的方案和實(shí)施措施進(jìn)行了研究,主要完成以下幾方面的研究工作:(1)分析了 QG公司競(jìng)爭(zhēng)情報(bào)系統(tǒng)運(yùn)行現(xiàn)狀。首先從公司概況、主要業(yè)務(wù)、市場(chǎng)環(huán)境及發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略等方面介紹了 QG公司的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀,并分析了 QG公司競(jìng)爭(zhēng)情報(bào)系統(tǒng)的建設(shè)與運(yùn)行背景;然后基于對(duì)QG公司競(jìng)爭(zhēng)情報(bào)系統(tǒng)主要功能及開發(fā)、應(yīng)用現(xiàn)狀分析,指出當(dāng)前競(jìng)爭(zhēng)情報(bào)系統(tǒng)存在的主要問(wèn)題,為后續(xù)系統(tǒng)改進(jìn)方案的設(shè)計(jì)提供了依據(jù)。(2)提出了 QG公司競(jìng)爭(zhēng)情報(bào)系統(tǒng)改進(jìn)方案。在明確QG公司競(jìng)爭(zhēng)情報(bào)系統(tǒng)改進(jìn)的總體目標(biāo)與基本原則基礎(chǔ)上,提出了 QG公司競(jìng)爭(zhēng)情報(bào)系統(tǒng)改進(jìn)的總體框架與新增功能;然后基于改進(jìn)后的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)情報(bào)系統(tǒng)功能的實(shí)現(xiàn)需求,給出了系統(tǒng)改進(jìn)涉及的關(guān)鍵技術(shù),并具體分析了知識(shí)集成、大數(shù)據(jù)檢索、文本挖掘等三項(xiàng)關(guān)鍵技術(shù)及其應(yīng)用。(3)給出了競(jìng)爭(zhēng)情報(bào)系統(tǒng)改進(jìn)的實(shí)施措施。在明確"人員組織精干、分工協(xié)同高效"的實(shí)施方針前提下,給出了系統(tǒng)改進(jìn)的組織架構(gòu)、人員配備、進(jìn)度計(jì)劃、資金保障、外包方式選擇及績(jī)效評(píng)估等實(shí)施措施,以確保系統(tǒng)改進(jìn)的順利實(shí)施。在論文最后,總結(jié)了本文的主要研究結(jié)論、研究的局限以及研究工作展望。
[Abstract]:Competitive intelligence system is the "Central Intelligence Agency" of enterprises, which plays an important role in early warning and decision support in enterprises, and can help enterprises to obtain sustainable competitive development advantage. At present, China's economy and China's iron and steel industry have entered the new normal of medium and low speed development, and the homogeneous competition in the steel industry is becoming more and more serious. In order to meet the challenge of survival and development, more and more steel enterprises begin to build their own competitive intelligence system. With the development of big data, Internet of things, mobile terminal and other new network information technology platforms, the competitive intelligence activities of enterprises are gradually deepening. Therefore, using new thinking and new technology to improve the original competitive intelligence system has a very important practical significance. In this paper, the improvement scheme and implementation measures of QG's competitive intelligence system are studied. The main work is as follows: (1) the current situation of QG's competitive intelligence system is analyzed. Firstly, this paper introduces the development status of QG Company from the aspects of company profile, main business, market environment and development strategy, and analyzes the background of the construction and operation of QG competitive Intelligence system. Then, based on the analysis of the main function and development of QG competitive intelligence system and its application, the paper points out the main problems existing in the current competitive intelligence system. It provides the basis for the design of the following system improvement scheme. (2) A competitive intelligence system improvement scheme for QG Company is proposed. On the basis of clarifying the general goal and basic principle of the improvement of QG's competitive intelligence system, this paper puts forward the overall framework and new functions of the improvement of QG's competitive intelligence system, and then based on the requirements of the improved competitive intelligence system's function, The key technologies involved in the system improvement are given, and three key technologies, including knowledge integration, big data retrieval, text mining, and their applications are analyzed in detail. (3) the implementation measures for the improvement of competitive intelligence system are given. On the premise of making clear the implementation policy of "personnel organization is lean, division of labor is synergistic and efficient", the implementation measures of system improvement, such as organizational structure, staffing, progress plan, fund guarantee, outsourcing mode selection and performance evaluation, are given. To ensure the smooth implementation of system improvements. At the end of the paper, the main research conclusions, limitations and research prospects are summarized.
