基于信息化的施工總承包企業(yè)項目成本管理方法及其應(yīng)用研究
[Abstract]:With the deepening of global economic integration and the situation that the construction market is in excess of demand, the competition among large construction contractors is becoming more and more intense. Force to seek to use the means of information management to continuously improve the core competitiveness of enterprises. However, because of large scale, large span of management, high level of information integration, and the current situation of information construction, such as late start and slow development, it is urgent to implement information management in large construction general contracting enterprises. It is of great practical significance to take it as the research object of information management. By means of information technology, how to reduce the cost of enterprises from the angle of improving the cost management ability is discussed. Firstly, this paper discusses the development status of information management at home and abroad, and introduces the characteristics of construction project cost management. Secondly, based on the operational characteristics of construction general contract enterprises, it introduces their existing problems and the needs of information management. The difficulties and key points to solve these problems are put forward, and then the cost management is based on the information technology, so as to effectively establish a kind of information management system with the core of cost driving, and to construct the dynamic cost control model, etc. The paper also explores the methods of reducing project cost through mixed purchasing and establishing equipment leasing company. Finally, the paper analyzes the information practice of project management in N Company, including project background, overall structure and module introduction. The effect of applying information management and so on. The research on the informatization of project cost management in the construction general contracting enterprise is beneficial to the construction industry to the process of fine management and to the improvement of the informatization level of the construction industry in our country.
