銀光公司ISO9000質(zhì)量管理體系運行現(xiàn)狀及改進(jìn)研究

【摘要】:銀光公司是中國兵器工業(yè)集團(tuán)公司所屬的國家重點保軍企業(yè),位于甘肅省白銀市,始建于1953年,是我國炸藥行業(yè)品種齊全、生產(chǎn)規(guī)模最大的骨干企業(yè)。銀光公司作為一家軍工企業(yè),始終把質(zhì)量作為企業(yè)的生命。目前,公司建立了以GJB9001B-2009標(biāo)準(zhǔn)為基礎(chǔ)的質(zhì)量管理體系。公司經(jīng)過質(zhì)量管理體系多年的運行,員工質(zhì)量意識得到不斷提高,產(chǎn)品實物質(zhì)量得到了有效保證,已建立了一套完整的規(guī)章制度,但是在產(chǎn)品的生產(chǎn)過程中,出現(xiàn)產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量問題的現(xiàn)象也時有發(fā)生,在質(zhì)量管理體系的實施過程中,由于對某些深層次因素沒有很好地把握,導(dǎo)致公司的質(zhì)量管理體系運行中存在一些急需解決的問題。本文以銀光公司的質(zhì)量管理體系實際運行狀況為研究對象,首先提出了企業(yè)提高體系運行水平的目的及意義。接著介紹了質(zhì)量管理相關(guān)理論、方法。通過數(shù)據(jù)收集、調(diào)查分析,梳理出了銀光公司目前質(zhì)量管理管理體系運行中存在的問題。結(jié)合軍工企業(yè)質(zhì)量管理體系構(gòu)成要素及總要求、影響質(zhì)量管理體系運行效果的因素以及優(yōu)化設(shè)計銀光公司質(zhì)量管理體系應(yīng)遵循的原則要求,對目前公司質(zhì)量管理管理體系運行中存在的問題進(jìn)行原因分析,制定了銀光公司質(zhì)量管理體系的改進(jìn)方案所要達(dá)到的目標(biāo),通過調(diào)研、論證提出從明確管理職責(zé)、建立動態(tài)質(zhì)量經(jīng)濟(jì)分析制度、提高過程質(zhì)量控制的科學(xué)性、關(guān)注用戶需求、打造質(zhì)量文化幾方面設(shè)計銀光公司質(zhì)量管理體系的改進(jìn)方案。最后立足公司生產(chǎn)經(jīng)營實際提出了具體的改進(jìn)措施,以確保公司質(zhì)量管理體系能夠按照GJB9001B-2009標(biāo)準(zhǔn)要求得到完善,同時更加符合銀光公司的具體實際情況,進(jìn)一步推進(jìn)銀光公司IS09000質(zhì)量管理體系的有效運行。本文選題具有一定的實際針對性,通過調(diào)查、研究、分析銀光公司的質(zhì)量管理體系實際運行情況,設(shè)計改進(jìn)方案,提出改進(jìn)措施,對提升公司質(zhì)量管理工作水平具有十分重要的現(xiàn)實意義,相信對相關(guān)企業(yè)具有一定的實踐指導(dǎo)意義。
[Abstract]:Yinguang Company is a national key military enterprise belonging to China Armament Industry Group, located in Baiyin City, Gansu Province. It was founded in 1953 and is the backbone enterprise with the largest production scale and complete range of explosives industry in China. As a military enterprise, Yinguang always regards quality as its life. At present, the company has established a quality management system based on GJB9001B-2009 standards. After many years of operation of the quality management system, the employee's awareness of quality has been continuously improved, and the quality of the products has been effectively guaranteed. A set of complete rules and regulations have been established, but in the production process of the products, The phenomenon of product quality problems also occurs from time to time. In the implementation of quality management system, there are some urgent problems in the operation of quality management system due to the lack of a good grasp of some deep-seated factors. In this paper, the actual operation of the quality management system of Yinguang Company is taken as the research object. Firstly, the purpose and significance of improving the operation level of the system are put forward. Then introduced the quality management related theory, the method. Through data collection, investigation and analysis, the problems existing in the current quality management system of Yinguang Company are sorted out. Combined with the elements and total requirements of the quality management system of the military enterprises, the factors that affect the running effect of the quality management system and the principles to be followed in optimizing the design of the quality management system of Yinguang Company are discussed. This paper analyzes the causes of the problems existing in the operation of the company's quality management system at present, formulates the objectives to be achieved by the improvement scheme of the quality management system of Yinguang Company, and through investigation, demonstrates and puts forward a clear management responsibility. Establish dynamic quality and economic analysis system, improve the process quality control of scientific, pay attention to the needs of users, create quality culture design Yinguang company quality management system improvement scheme. Finally based on the actual production and operation of the company put forward specific improvement measures to ensure that the company's quality management system can be improved according to the requirements of GJB9001B-2009 standards and more in line with the actual situation of Yinguang Company. Further promote the effective operation of IS09000 quality management system of Yinguang Company. Through investigation, research, analysis of the actual operation of the quality management system of Yinguang Company, design and improvement plan, put forward the improvement measures. It has a very important practical significance to improve the quality management level of the company, and it is believed to have certain practical guiding significance to the related enterprises.
