JG公司車用液化天然氣加注站網(wǎng)開發(fā)及運營管理研究

【摘要】：大氣污染、霧霾正在威脅著人類的健康和生存環(huán)境。在國家支持和鼓勵“以氣代油”工程,大力推廣清潔能源的背景下,LNG作為一種優(yōu)質(zhì)、高效的清潔能源被廣泛應(yīng)用于很多領(lǐng)域。液化天然氣(Liquefied Natural Gas)簡稱為LNG,為清潔低碳能源,重要化工原料,得到了更為廣泛的利用,對節(jié)能減排有著極為重要的戰(zhàn)略意義。液化天然氣作為新一代節(jié)能與環(huán)保的代表,是未來能源利用的主要發(fā)展方向,可以有效解決能源和環(huán)境問題。LNG這種新的清潔燃料,已經(jīng)成為主要的新型能源,其主要用途包括：城市管網(wǎng)供氣的高峰負荷和事故調(diào)峰；大中城市管道供氣的主要氣源；LNG小區(qū)氣化的氣源；汽車加氣的燃料；飛機燃料；LNG的冷能利用；分布式能源系統(tǒng)。LNG應(yīng)用領(lǐng)域主要為汽車、船舶等等方面,LNG車用LNG具有四大優(yōu)勢：其一是具有安全優(yōu)勢,LNG的燃點和爆炸臨界點均高于汽油和柴油,不容易被點燃或爆炸,而且氣態(tài)的LNG密度輕于空氣,易揮發(fā),安全性能好；其二是具有強大的經(jīng)濟優(yōu)勢,大型客車、貨車使用LNG較使用汽油、柴油燃料成本節(jié)約在30%以上；其三是低排優(yōu)勢,LNG的二氧化碳排放量僅相當于石油的75%,PM2.5的排放量更比柴油車降低50%,或者根本不排放；其四是使用優(yōu)勢,LNG汽車發(fā)動機使用壽命長,低溫環(huán)境下易啟動,與壓縮天然氣比較具有存儲效率高,建站不受網(wǎng)絡(luò)限制的特點,而且同容積的LNG汽車氣瓶裝載量是壓縮天然氣汽車的三倍以上,續(xù)航里程長的特點。JG公司是昆侖能源公司與JL油田公司共同出資設(shè)立的股份制公司。是中石油授權(quán)在東北地區(qū)獨家生產(chǎn)、經(jīng)營和終端銷售液化液化天然氣(LNG)的企業(yè)。公司成立于2012年,注冊地為吉林省松原市。主要從事液化天然氣(LNG)、壓縮天然氣(CNG)的生產(chǎn)和銷售,管道天然氣供應(yīng)與銷售,LNG、 CNG加注站的建設(shè)與運營,LNG、 CNG汽車加氣及運輸,輕烴回收等業(yè)務(wù)。JG公司秉承中國石油“奉獻能源,創(chuàng)造和諧”的企業(yè)宗旨,遵循昆侖能源的“低碳經(jīng)濟,綠色發(fā)展”的發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略,緊緊依靠JL油田的資源、人才、技術(shù)、管理優(yōu)勢,樹立“積極主動,安全快捷、熱情周到、用戶至上”的服務(wù)理念,本著“互惠共贏”的原則,在公交車、貨運車、鉆機動力氣化、替代乙炔、城市燃氣等LNG應(yīng)用領(lǐng)域和社會各界廣泛開展合作,致力于“優(yōu)化地區(qū)能源結(jié)構(gòu),促進地方經(jīng)濟發(fā)展,提高企業(yè)效益,創(chuàng)造和諧生態(tài)環(huán)境”,為東北老工業(yè)基地振興貢獻力量。本文在介紹LNG這種高效清潔能源的基礎(chǔ)上,分析車用LNG業(yè)務(wù)發(fā)展狀況,通過對LNG市場外部環(huán)境及內(nèi)部環(huán)境的分析,結(jié)合JG公司發(fā)展實際,對JG公司自身競爭的優(yōu)劣勢分析,及東北地區(qū)車用LNG市場及市場需求的調(diào)研分析,充分展開了對JG公司車用LNG加注站網(wǎng)的開發(fā)及運營管理的研究。
[Abstract]:Air pollution, haze is threatening human health and living environment. Under the background of national support and encouragement of "gas instead of oil" project and promotion of clean energy, LNG is widely used in many fields as a kind of high quality and efficient clean energy. Liquefied natural gas (Liquefied Natural Gas), referred to as LNG, is a clean and low carbon energy source and an important chemical raw material, which has been widely used, and has a very important strategic significance for energy saving and emission reduction. As a representative of the new generation of energy saving and environmental protection, LNG is the main developing direction of energy utilization in the future. It can effectively solve the energy and environmental problems. LNG, a new clean fuel, has become a major new type of energy. Its main uses include: peak load and accident peak load of gas supply in urban pipeline network; main gas source of pipeline gas supply in large and medium cities and gas source of LNG district gasification; fuel of automobile gas recharging; utilization of cold energy of LNG for aviation fuel; The main application fields of distributed energy system are automobile, ship and so on. It has four advantages: one is that the ignition point and explosion critical point of LNG with safety advantage are higher than those of gasoline and diesel, so they are not easy to be ignited or exploded. Moreover, the density of gaseous LNG is lighter than that of air, which is easy to volatilize and has good safety performance. Secondly, it has a strong economic advantage. The use of LNG in large passenger cars and trucks is more than that of gasoline, and the cost of diesel fuel is more than 30%. The third is that the carbon dioxide emissions of LNG in low emission advantages are only equal to that of 75% of oil, PM2.5 emissions are even lower than those of diesel vehicles by 50%, or not at all; fourth, the use of advantages in LNG vehicle engines has a long service life and is easy to start at low temperature. Compared with compressed natural gas, the storage efficiency is high, the construction station is not restricted by the network, and the capacity of LNG cylinder with the same volume is more than three times that of compressed natural gas vehicle. JG Company is a joint-stock company jointly funded by Kunlun Energy Company and JL Oil Field Company. PetroChina authorized exclusive production, operation and terminal distribution of liquefied natural gas (LNG) in Northeast China. The company was founded in 2012, registered in Songyuan City, Jilin Province. Mainly engaged in the production and sale of liquefied natural gas (LNG),) compressed natural gas (CNG), pipeline natural gas supply and sale, construction and operation of CNG filling station, CNG automobile filling and transportation, light hydrocarbon recovery, etc. The aim of creating harmony is to follow the development strategy of "low carbon economy, green development" of Kunlun energy, to rely closely on the resources, talents, technology and management advantages of JL oil field, to establish "proactive, safe and fast, warm and thoughtful," Based on the principle of "mutual benefit and win-win", the service concept of "customer first" is widely cooperated in the fields of LNG application such as bus, freight car, drilling rig power gasification, substitution for acetylene, city gas and so on. Committed to "optimize the energy structure of the region, promote the development of local economy, improve the efficiency of enterprises, create a harmonious ecological environment", and contribute to the revitalization of the old industrial base in Northeast China. Based on the introduction of LNG, which is an efficient clean energy source, this paper analyzes the development of automotive LNG business. Through the analysis of the external and internal environment of LNG market, combined with the development practice of JG Company, this paper analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of JG Company's own competition. Based on the investigation and analysis of the market and market demand of vehicle LNG in Northeast China, the research on the development and operation management of vehicle LNG filling station network of JG Company is carried out.
