【摘要】：隨著經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展,國內(nèi)外油氣行業(yè)技術(shù)突飛猛進(jìn),中原油田也在不斷擴(kuò)大油氣田勘探、開發(fā)力度。中原油田分公司現(xiàn)因已處于油氣田開發(fā)后期,開發(fā)難度增大,油氣產(chǎn)量遞減幅度加大,且由于受能耗和規(guī)模效益的限制,缺乏發(fā)展?jié)摿?競爭力較差,因此只有選擇適當(dāng)?shù)陌l(fā)展戰(zhàn)略才能實(shí)現(xiàn)可持續(xù)發(fā)展。發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略實(shí)施的科學(xué)性、合理性,是影響中原油田分公司生存發(fā)展的至關(guān)重要因素,要想在市場競爭中取得優(yōu)勢,那么發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略的實(shí)施就是當(dāng)前公司所面對的重要問題。本文以中原油田分公司為研究對象,在對中原油田分公司基本情況經(jīng)過深入細(xì)致調(diào)查和研究的基礎(chǔ)上,首先從中原油田當(dāng)前實(shí)際情況入手,明確研究目的、思路,然后對行業(yè)競爭環(huán)境及內(nèi)部條件進(jìn)行分析,以及運(yùn)用SWOT分析方法,闡明了中原油田在當(dāng)前這樣的市場和行業(yè)環(huán)境中面臨的機(jī)會(huì)和威脅以及具備的優(yōu)勢和劣勢。并對中原油田發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略的定位及發(fā)展目標(biāo)進(jìn)行了分析,最后提出了中原油田實(shí)現(xiàn)發(fā)展的戰(zhàn)略實(shí)施方案,以及實(shí)施的具體步驟,并對每一種戰(zhàn)略實(shí)施的措施作了進(jìn)一步的闡述和說明。本文立足于理論聯(lián)系實(shí)際,立足于戰(zhàn)略措施的可操作性,力圖使中原油田在激烈的市場競爭中提高企業(yè)的核心競爭力。
[Abstract]:With the development of economy, the technology of oil and gas industry at home and abroad is advancing by leaps and bounds, and Zhongyuan oilfield is expanding the exploration and development of oil and gas field. Because Zhongyuan Oilfield Branch is in the late stage of oil and gas field development, the development difficulty is increasing, the oil and gas production decline is increasing, and because of the limitation of energy consumption and scale benefit, it lacks the development potential and the competitiveness is poor. Therefore, only the choice of appropriate development strategies can achieve sustainable development. The scientific and rational implementation of the development strategy is a crucial factor affecting the survival and development of Zhongyuan Oilfield Branch Company. In order to gain advantages in the market competition, the implementation of the development strategy is an important issue facing the company at present. This paper takes Zhongyuan Oilfield Branch as the research object, on the basis of thorough and meticulous investigation and research on the basic situation of Zhongyuan Oilfield Branch, starting with the current actual situation of Zhongyuan Oilfield, the purpose and train of thought of the research are made clear. Then the paper analyzes the competitive environment and internal conditions of the industry and illustrates the opportunities and threats as well as the advantages and disadvantages of Zhongyuan Oilfield in the current market and industry environment by using the method of SWOT analysis. The positioning and development goal of Zhongyuan oilfield development strategy are analyzed. Finally, the strategy implementation scheme of Zhongyuan oilfield development is put forward, and the concrete steps of implementation are put forward. And to each kind of strategy carries out the measure to make further elaboration and explanation. Based on the combination of theory and practice and the maneuverability of strategic measures, this paper tries to improve the core competitiveness of Zhongyuan Oilfield in the fierce market competition.
