Ms飲品公司績效管理優(yōu)化探究

【摘要】:績效管理是人力資源管理的重要模塊之一。建立系統(tǒng)、科學(xué)的績效管理體系,有助于提升企業(yè)的核心競爭力。因此,正確認(rèn)識績效管理,結(jié)合企業(yè)自身特點,建立符合企業(yè)發(fā)展的績效管理體系具有十分重要的意義。 本文闡述了績效管理的理論知識,包括績效管理的含義、目的、內(nèi)容、作用以及技術(shù)。結(jié)合MS飲品公司人力資源現(xiàn)狀及績效管理現(xiàn)狀,對績效管理體系進(jìn)行了深入分析,探究了績效管理存在的問題及原因,指出了績效管理體系優(yōu)化的必要性,提出了績效管理優(yōu)化方案的設(shè)計原則、績效管理流程,績效指標(biāo)及績效管理過程設(shè)計,對績效管理方案進(jìn)行了評價,同時揭示了新績效方案在實施過程中需注意的問題。 本文分為五個部分:第一部分是緒論部分,介紹了本文的研究背景、研究目的、研究意義、研究方法、研究內(nèi)容;第二部分介紹了績效管理的相關(guān)理論,包括績效管理的含義、目的、內(nèi)容、作用、技術(shù);第三部分介紹了MS飲品公司概況,包括組織結(jié)構(gòu)、戰(zhàn)略目標(biāo)、人力資源現(xiàn)狀、績效管理現(xiàn)狀與分析及績效管理體系優(yōu)化的必要性;第四部分詳細(xì)闡述了MS飲品公司績效管理優(yōu)化方案,包括績效管理方案的設(shè)計原則、績效管理流程設(shè)計、績效目標(biāo)及指標(biāo)設(shè)定、績效管理過程設(shè)計等;第五部分是對MS飲品公司優(yōu)化后的績效管理方案進(jìn)行評價,包括優(yōu)化方案可能取得的成效以及在實施過程中仍需注意的問題。 綜上所述,MS飲品公司通過構(gòu)建新的績效指標(biāo)及考評體系,使公司績效管理體系更趨完善,實現(xiàn)了績效管理與公司戰(zhàn)略的有機(jī)結(jié)合,更加激發(fā)了員工的積極性與創(chuàng)造性,從而促進(jìn)了公司戰(zhàn)略實現(xiàn)。當(dāng)然,新的績效管理體系仍然存在一些問題,但在提高公司競爭力方面仍然具有一定的積極作用。
[Abstract]:Performance management is one of the important modules of human resource management. Establish system, scientific performance management system, help to enhance the core competitiveness of enterprises. Therefore, it is of great significance to correctly understand the performance management and establish a performance management system in line with the development of the enterprise. This paper describes the theoretical knowledge of performance management, including the meaning, purpose, content, function and technology of performance management. Combined with the present situation of human resources and performance management of MS beverage company, this paper deeply analyzes the performance management system, probes into the existing problems and causes of performance management, and points out the necessity of optimizing performance management system. This paper puts forward the design principle of performance management optimization scheme, performance management process, performance index and performance management process design, evaluates the performance management scheme, and reveals the problems that should be paid attention to in the implementation of the new performance plan. This paper is divided into five parts: the first part is the introduction part, introduced the research background, research purpose, research significance, research methods, research content; the second part introduces the related theory of performance management, including the meaning of performance management. Objective, content, function, technology. The third part introduces the general situation of MS beverage company, including organizational structure, strategic objectives, human resource status, performance management status and analysis, and the necessity of performance management system optimization. The fourth part elaborated the MS beverage company performance management optimization plan, including the performance management plan design principle, the performance management process design, the performance goal and the target setting, the performance management process design and so on; The fifth part is to evaluate the optimized performance management scheme of MS beverage company, including the possible results of the optimization scheme and the problems that should be paid attention to in the process of implementation. To sum up, MS beverage company through the construction of new performance indicators and evaluation system, make the performance management system more perfect, achieve the organic combination of performance management and company strategy, and stimulate the enthusiasm and creativity of employees. Thus promoting the realization of company strategy. Of course, there are still some problems in the new performance management system, but it still plays a positive role in improving the competitiveness of the company.
