【摘要】：我國(guó)建筑設(shè)計(jì)業(yè)于21世紀(jì)初開始引入市場(chǎng)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)機(jī)制,國(guó)內(nèi)建筑市場(chǎng)逐步開放,形成了國(guó)有企業(yè)、民營(yíng)企業(yè)和外資企業(yè)相互競(jìng)爭(zhēng)、共同發(fā)展的市場(chǎng)環(huán)境。隨著企業(yè)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)環(huán)境的加劇,以及新型城鎮(zhèn)化和房地產(chǎn)業(yè)調(diào)控等政策變化的影響,如何獲取可持續(xù)的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)優(yōu)勢(shì),打造企業(yè)核心競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力是國(guó)內(nèi)建筑設(shè)計(jì)企業(yè)面臨的新難題,新的市場(chǎng)環(huán)境對(duì)企業(yè)的整體素質(zhì)和綜合能力提出了更高的要求。廣西華藍(lán)設(shè)計(jì)集團(tuán)自成立以來,秉承以人為本和科技創(chuàng)新的經(jīng)營(yíng)理念,強(qiáng)調(diào)技術(shù)品質(zhì)和團(tuán)隊(duì)合作,嚴(yán)格遵守行業(yè)各項(xiàng)標(biāo)準(zhǔn),提供高品質(zhì)和顧客滿意的建筑設(shè)計(jì)產(chǎn)品和咨詢服務(wù),為廣西及全國(guó)的工業(yè)化建設(shè)和城鎮(zhèn)化發(fā)展做出了積極的貢獻(xiàn)。本文運(yùn)用戰(zhàn)略管理理論和借鑒國(guó)內(nèi)外建筑企業(yè)先進(jìn)經(jīng)驗(yàn),分析國(guó)內(nèi)建筑設(shè)計(jì)行業(yè)環(huán)境,采用SWOT分析工具制定集閉的發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略。本文研究認(rèn)為,廣西華藍(lán)設(shè)計(jì)集團(tuán)應(yīng)采取增長(zhǎng)型戰(zhàn)略作為總體戰(zhàn)略,通過技術(shù)、人才、資質(zhì)和品牌的優(yōu)勢(shì),拓展業(yè)務(wù)廣度和深度,不斷增強(qiáng)集團(tuán)綜合實(shí)力。集團(tuán)發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略主要包括三個(gè)方面的內(nèi)容。一是強(qiáng)化以建筑設(shè)計(jì)、規(guī)劃設(shè)計(jì)、市政設(shè)計(jì)為基礎(chǔ)的核心業(yè)務(wù),繼續(xù)向園林、輕紡、電力、化工等其他行業(yè)的設(shè)計(jì)咨詢業(yè)務(wù)發(fā)展,實(shí)施相關(guān)業(yè)務(wù)多元化戰(zhàn)略；二是逐步開展采購(gòu)、施工、監(jiān)理等工程總承包和項(xiàng)口管理業(yè)務(wù),整合設(shè)計(jì)工程產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈,實(shí)現(xiàn)縱向一體化戰(zhàn)略;三是立足廣西重點(diǎn)城市,加強(qiáng)各分公司在其他一線城市的發(fā)展,實(shí)現(xiàn)重點(diǎn)城市全覆蓋的區(qū)域戰(zhàn)略部署。集團(tuán)應(yīng)從增強(qiáng)研發(fā)能力、構(gòu)建人才隊(duì)伍、提升品牌價(jià)值和強(qiáng)化風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理等四個(gè)方面保障發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略的有效實(shí)施,提升戰(zhàn)略執(zhí)行力。
[Abstract]:At the beginning of the 21st century, China's architectural design industry began to introduce market competition mechanism, and the domestic construction market gradually opened up, forming a market environment in which state-owned enterprises, private enterprises and foreign-funded enterprises compete with each other and develop together. With the aggravation of competitive environment of enterprises and the influence of new urbanization and real estate regulation and control, how to obtain sustainable competitive advantage and build core competence of enterprises is a new problem faced by domestic architectural design enterprises. The new market environment puts forward higher requirements for the overall quality and comprehensive ability of enterprises. Since its establishment, Guangxi Hualan Design Group has adhered to the management philosophy of people-oriented and scientific and technological innovation, emphasized technical quality and teamwork, strictly complied with industry standards, and provided high quality and customer satisfied architectural design products and consulting services. For Guangxi and the national industrialization construction and urbanization development has made the positive contribution. Based on the theory of strategic management and the advanced experience of domestic and foreign construction enterprises, this paper analyzes the environment of domestic architectural design industry, and adopts SWOT analysis tools to formulate a closed development strategy. This paper holds that Guangxi Hualang Design Group should adopt the growth strategy as the overall strategy, expand the business breadth and depth through the advantages of technology, talent, qualification and brand, and continuously strengthen the comprehensive strength of the group. Group development strategy mainly includes three aspects of the content. First, strengthen the core business based on architectural design, planning and design, municipal design, and continue to develop the design consulting business of garden, textile, electric power, chemical industry and other industries, and implement the diversified strategy of related business; Second, step by step the general contracting and management of projects, such as procurement, construction and supervision, integrate the design of engineering industrial chains, and realize the strategy of vertical integration; third, strengthen the development of branches in other first-tier cities based on key cities in Guangxi. Realize the regional strategic deployment of full coverage of key cities. The group should ensure the effective implementation of the development strategy and enhance the execution of the strategy from four aspects: strengthening the R & D ability, building up the talent team, enhancing the brand value and strengthening the risk management.
