中國(guó)汽車消費(fèi)信貸風(fēng)險(xiǎn)與防范研究

【摘要】:近幾年,隨著我國(guó)汽車消費(fèi)需求的不斷增長(zhǎng),各商業(yè)銀行、汽車經(jīng)銷商、汽車財(cái)務(wù)公司紛紛推出面向最終用戶的汽車信貸業(yè)務(wù),汽車信貸在較短時(shí)間內(nèi)取得了較快發(fā)展。但不論是同國(guó)外相比,還是從適應(yīng)我國(guó)汽車需求快速增長(zhǎng)的要求來(lái)看,其發(fā)展?fàn)顩r都很不理想,目前的汽車信貸比例還不到汽車銷售總量的15%。阻礙汽車信貸業(yè)務(wù)發(fā)展的因素很多,其中風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理體系不健全是制約該項(xiàng)業(yè)務(wù)發(fā)展的重要原因,非信用化環(huán)境下難以預(yù)測(cè)的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)隱患已成為發(fā)展汽車消費(fèi)信貸業(yè)務(wù)的瓶頸問題。因此,加強(qiáng)汽車信貸風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理,建立行之有效的信貸風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理體系已成為發(fā)展汽車信貸業(yè)務(wù)所要解決的首要問題。 數(shù)據(jù)顯示,目前私車貸款約30%違約還貸,10%的汽車貸款難以追回,多數(shù)保險(xiǎn)公司在車貸險(xiǎn)上虧本經(jīng)營(yíng),最終導(dǎo)致該業(yè)務(wù)的停辦。隨著汽車消費(fèi)信貸的發(fā)展,汽車消費(fèi)信貸風(fēng)險(xiǎn)目前己經(jīng)成為我國(guó)銀行及其他金融機(jī)構(gòu)所面臨的突出問題,并影響我國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展及穩(wěn)定。因此,分析和審視汽車消費(fèi)信貸風(fēng)險(xiǎn)的成因,認(rèn)真研究汽車消費(fèi)信貸風(fēng)險(xiǎn)的內(nèi)在規(guī)律,對(duì)于采取有效措施加強(qiáng)汽車消費(fèi)信貸風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理,健全我國(guó)商業(yè)銀行汽車信貸風(fēng)險(xiǎn)防范體系,提高汽車信貸風(fēng)險(xiǎn)監(jiān)控的效率,進(jìn)而保證我國(guó)金融體系穩(wěn)健、高效運(yùn)行,實(shí)現(xiàn)經(jīng)濟(jì)的可持續(xù)發(fā)展,具有十分重要的理論和現(xiàn)實(shí)意義。本文從消費(fèi)信貸及消費(fèi)信貸風(fēng)險(xiǎn)的理論研究成果出發(fā),將分析中國(guó)汽車消費(fèi)貸款的現(xiàn)狀、風(fēng)險(xiǎn)影響因素及形成根源,并試圖系統(tǒng)提出我國(guó)商業(yè)銀行汽車消費(fèi)信貸風(fēng)險(xiǎn)的防范措施。
[Abstract]:In recent years, with the increasing demand of automobile consumption in our country, commercial banks, automobile dealers and auto finance companies have launched the automobile credit service for the end users one after another, and the automobile credit has developed rapidly in a relatively short period of time. However, whether compared with foreign countries, or from the demand of rapid growth of automobile demand in China, the development situation is not ideal. The current auto credit ratio is less than 15% of the total automobile sales. There are many factors hindering the development of automobile credit business, among which the unsound risk management system is an important factor restricting the development of the business. The risk hidden danger which is difficult to predict in the non-credit environment has become the bottleneck problem in the development of automobile consumption credit business. Therefore, strengthening automobile credit risk management and establishing an effective credit risk management system have become the most important problems to be solved in the development of auto credit business. Data show that about 30 percent of private car loans are currently in default and 10 percent of auto loans are difficult to recover, and that most insurance companies are losing money on auto loans, leading to the suspension of the business. With the development of automobile consumption credit, the risk of automobile consumption credit has become a prominent problem faced by Chinese banks and other financial institutions, and has affected the development and stability of our economy. Therefore, to analyze and examine the causes of automobile consumption credit risk, to study the inherent law of automobile consumption credit risk, and to take effective measures to strengthen automobile consumption credit risk management, It is of great theoretical and practical significance to perfect the automobile credit risk prevention system of commercial banks in our country, to improve the efficiency of automobile credit risk monitoring, to ensure the steady and efficient operation of our financial system and to realize the sustainable development of economy. Based on the theoretical research results of consumer credit and consumer credit risk, this paper will analyze the current situation of China's automobile consumption loan, the risk influencing factors and the origin of its formation. And tries to put forward the commercial bank automobile consumption credit risk prevention measures systematically.
