【摘要】：樁西采油廠高度重視企業(yè)信息化建設(shè),自采油廠信息中心成立以來,圍繞油田生產(chǎn)、管理的實(shí)際需要,充分利用信息技術(shù)提高生產(chǎn)動(dòng)態(tài),不斷拓展信息化應(yīng)用,使信息技術(shù)全面應(yīng)用于日常管理中,生產(chǎn)經(jīng)營管理水平得到了顯著提升。目前采油廠的信息基礎(chǔ)建設(shè)、數(shù)據(jù)中心建設(shè)、信息管理、信息應(yīng)用等多個(gè)方面都取得了快速發(fā)展,信息化整體水平邁上了一個(gè)嶄新的臺(tái)階。本文通過對樁西采油廠信息化建設(shè)管理的現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行調(diào)研,系統(tǒng)地收集了樁西采油廠信息化建設(shè)的相關(guān)資料、基礎(chǔ)信息。為了解近年樁西采油廠信息化建設(shè)取得的效果和存在的問題,專門組織了樁西采油廠信息化調(diào)研,對采油廠的信息基礎(chǔ)建設(shè)、數(shù)據(jù)中心建設(shè)、信息管理及應(yīng)用等多個(gè)方面進(jìn)行考察,在對調(diào)查結(jié)論進(jìn)行實(shí)證分析的基礎(chǔ)上查找樁西采油廠信息化建設(shè)中存在的問題,并提出了深化樁西采油廠信息化建設(shè)的對策和保障措施。對于進(jìn)一步完善樁西采油廠信息化建設(shè)體系,提升全廠信息化管理水平,具有一定的理論和現(xiàn)實(shí)參考意義。
[Abstract]:Since the establishment of the information center of the oil production plant, the information technology has been fully utilized to improve the production dynamics and expand the application of information technology around the actual needs of oil field production and management. Information technology is fully used in daily management, and the level of production management has been significantly improved. At present, the information infrastructure construction, data center construction, information management, information application and other aspects of oil production plant have made rapid development, the overall level of information has advanced to a new level. Based on the investigation of the present situation of information construction and management in Zhuangxi Oil production Plant, this paper systematically collects the relevant information and basic information of the information construction of Zhuoxi Oil production Plant. In order to understand the effect and existing problems of the informatization construction of Zhuoxi Oil production Plant in recent years, we have specially organized the information-based investigation and research on the information infrastructure and the data center construction of the oil production plant. The information management and application are investigated. Based on the empirical analysis of the investigation conclusions, the problems existing in the informatization construction of Zhuangxi oil extraction plant are found, and the countermeasures and guarantee measures for deepening the informatization construction of the oil extraction plant are put forward. It has certain theoretical and practical reference significance for further perfecting the information construction system of Zhuangxi Oil production Plant and improving the level of information management of the whole plant.
