【摘要】：工程建設(shè)監(jiān)理是一項(xiàng)高智能的有償技術(shù)服務(wù)，監(jiān)理工作中最主要的投入是人，現(xiàn)場(chǎng)專業(yè)監(jiān)理人員配置是否合理決定著項(xiàng)目現(xiàn)場(chǎng)監(jiān)理工作的服務(wù)水平。在目前監(jiān)理工作充分強(qiáng)調(diào)現(xiàn)場(chǎng)安全和質(zhì)量控制的環(huán)境下，必須要明確監(jiān)理人員的合理量化，這是保證高效高質(zhì)完成監(jiān)理工作的前提，對(duì)促進(jìn)監(jiān)理行業(yè)的健康發(fā)展十分重要。 論文首先分析我國(guó)監(jiān)理行業(yè)的發(fā)展?fàn)顩r，，結(jié)合發(fā)達(dá)國(guó)家咨詢業(yè)的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀，明確了我國(guó)建設(shè)工程監(jiān)理行業(yè)存在著監(jiān)理人員配備不足，且人員配備數(shù)量多依賴于監(jiān)理工程師經(jīng)驗(yàn)的問題。 然后，通過排隊(duì)論相關(guān)理論的介紹，闡述了其在建設(shè)工程領(lǐng)域的應(yīng)用，結(jié)合兩者的契合點(diǎn)對(duì)理論分析進(jìn)行總結(jié)，明確了該具體問題的輸入過程、排隊(duì)規(guī)則和服務(wù)機(jī)構(gòu)三個(gè)基本組成，證明了報(bào)驗(yàn)項(xiàng)目等待監(jiān)理人員提供服務(wù)這一工程實(shí)際是符合M/M/C的排隊(duì)模型，為接下來的研究工作打下基礎(chǔ)。 論文接著對(duì)工程報(bào)驗(yàn)制度進(jìn)行介紹，并對(duì)監(jiān)理工作標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化尤其是人員配備標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化的重要性進(jìn)行探討，結(jié)合排隊(duì)論模型和施工現(xiàn)場(chǎng)搜集數(shù)據(jù)的分析，并考慮工程調(diào)整系數(shù)給出監(jiān)理人數(shù)的量化方法。 最后，將建設(shè)工程施工現(xiàn)場(chǎng)監(jiān)理人員量化模型運(yùn)用到具體工程，結(jié)合實(shí)證分析，驗(yàn)證了該模型的適用性，并充分說明了我國(guó)監(jiān)理行業(yè)的問題所在。
[Abstract]:Engineering construction supervision is a highly intelligent paid technical service, and the most important input in supervision work is human. Whether the disposition of professional supervision personnel on the spot determines the service level of project site supervision work. At present, the supervision work fully emphasizes the on-site safety and quality control environment, it is necessary to make clear the reasonable quantification of the supervisors, which is the premise to ensure the high efficiency and high quality of the supervision work, and it is very important to promote the healthy development of the supervision industry. First of all, the paper analyzes the development of supervision industry in China, combined with the status quo of consulting industry in developed countries, and makes clear that there are insufficient supervisors in the construction engineering supervision industry of our country. And the number of personnel depends on the experience of the supervisory engineer. Then, through the introduction of queuing theory, the application of queue theory in construction engineering is expounded, the theoretical analysis is summarized, and the input process of the specific problem is clarified. The queuing rules and three basic components of service organization prove that the project of submitting inspection project waiting for supervisor to provide service is actually in line with the queuing model of M/M/C, which lays the foundation for the following research work. The paper then introduces the system of engineering inspection, discusses the importance of standardization of supervision, especially the standardization of staffing, and analyzes the data collected from the queuing theory model and the construction site. The quantitative method of the number of supervisors is given considering the adjustment coefficient of the project. Finally, the quantitative model of construction site supervisor is applied to the concrete project, and the applicability of the model is verified by empirical analysis, and the problems of supervision industry in our country are fully explained.
