精益生產(chǎn)方式在MD公司的應(yīng)用研究
[Abstract]:With the tide of economic globalization, international competition and industry competition are increasingly intensified, the whole manufacturing industry in price, quality, cost and service, will face increasing competition pressure. In order to survive and develop continuously in the competitive environment, enterprises need to improve and upgrade in flexible manufacturing, rapid delivery, quality and service. The research and practice at home and abroad show that lean production can eliminate waste and reduce the cost of enterprises. Lean production is one of the main means to enhance the comprehensive competitive strength of enterprises. At present, if the manufacturing industry is the mainstay industry in China, if we want to enhance the competitiveness of the enterprises, so that China's manufacturing industry will be in the forefront of the world, then the implementation of lean production projects has become the first choice for manufacturing enterprises. Based on the research background of MD Company, combined with the pressure of internal and external environment, and on the basis of analyzing the present production situation and problems of the company, the relevant technical methods of lean production are introduced into the enterprise, and the lean production system that conforms to the characteristics of the company is established. This paper first introduces the research background and significance of lean production, and describes the research and application of lean production at home and abroad. The related theoretical system of lean production, including the concept, connotation and basic theoretical basis of lean production, is preliminarily expounded. Secondly, the production status of MD Company is analyzed in depth, and the problems in production planning, logistics distribution, technical process and production line layout are pointed out, and the corresponding diagnosis and analysis are carried out. According to lean thought and relevant theory of industrial engineering, the design and improvement are carried out from the aspects of pull production mode, value flow analysis, production layout optimization and technological process innovation. At the same time, the lean production strategy suitable for MD company is established, and the lean production strategy is implemented. This paper briefly describes the benefits and effects of lean production in various aspects of the company. According to the effect of lean production in MD Company, it is proved that lean production can eliminate waste, reduce cost and improve efficiency for enterprises, thus improving the management level and comprehensive strength of enterprises. Finally, the author summarizes and looks forward to the implementation of lean production, and points out that the key to the successful implementation of lean production is to deeply understand the company's own situation, combine the ideas and methods of lean production, and formulate feasible lean production strategies. Lean production is a continuous process, enterprises need to participate and pay attention to the whole process of lean production, follow the principle of continuous improvement, and improve the fine problems one by one in production practice. Through the research and demonstration of lean production in this paper, it not only shows that lean production can eliminate waste and enhance the competitive strength of the company, but also has a certain reference to other industries in lean production. Therefore, it has high theoretical significance and practical reference value.
