營銷稽查監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)深化應(yīng)用研究

【摘要】:為規(guī)避營銷風(fēng)險(xiǎn),電力公司依托營銷稽查監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)建立了基于營銷稽查監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)分析和防控體系,旨在通過對(duì)營銷日常工作中異常問題的分析,以點(diǎn)帶面,借助信息化手段,找出影響經(jīng)營效益和服務(wù)水平的關(guān)鍵風(fēng)險(xiǎn)點(diǎn)。在深入分析異常問題的基礎(chǔ)上,制定措施徹底整改異常問題,建章立制徹底杜絕風(fēng)險(xiǎn)再次發(fā)生,從而不斷促進(jìn)天津營銷工作水平的提升。 但隨著工作的開展,作者發(fā)現(xiàn)稽查監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)存在著若干與實(shí)際工作不適應(yīng)或不完善的地方,在一定程度上影響了風(fēng)險(xiǎn)分析和防控體系的實(shí)際效果。本文針對(duì)這些問題開展了稽查監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)的完善型設(shè)計(jì)工作,主要工作內(nèi)容如下: 1.在深入分析營銷日常工作中異常問題的基礎(chǔ)上,進(jìn)一步挖掘新的營銷風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理主題,提出營銷抄表質(zhì)量分析、行業(yè)售電量分析兩個(gè)新的稽查主題設(shè)計(jì)方案; 2.圍繞“量、價(jià)、費(fèi)、損”等核心主題,分析稽查監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)當(dāng)前校驗(yàn)規(guī)則存在的漏洞,提出優(yōu)化完善質(zhì)量管控主題的設(shè)計(jì)方案; 3.在分析稽查監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)與電力用戶用電信息采集系統(tǒng)數(shù)據(jù)關(guān)聯(lián)性的基礎(chǔ)上,基于新增反竊電線索主題提出了與電力用戶用電信息采集系統(tǒng)的信息互通方案設(shè)計(jì),并完成了成效統(tǒng)計(jì)功能設(shè)計(jì)。 本文完成的設(shè)計(jì)工作已完成了程序?qū)崿F(xiàn)并逐步運(yùn)用到營銷稽查監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)中,,通過前期的測試和實(shí)際數(shù)據(jù)的校核,驗(yàn)證了設(shè)計(jì)工作的有效性。
[Abstract]:In order to avoid the marketing risk, the electric power company established the risk analysis and prevention and control system based on the marketing audit monitoring system, aiming at analyzing the abnormal problems in the daily marketing work. By means of information technology, find out the key risk point that affects the management benefit and service level. On the basis of in-depth analysis of abnormal problems, measures are made to rectify the abnormal problems thoroughly, and regulations are established to completely prevent the risk from happening again, so as to continuously promote the level of Tianjin's marketing work. However, with the development of the work, the author finds that there are some unsuitable or imperfect places in the inspection and control system, which to some extent affect the actual effect of the risk analysis and prevention and control system. Aiming at these problems, this paper develops the perfect design of the inspection and monitoring system, the main work is as follows: 1. On the basis of deeply analyzing the abnormal problems in marketing daily work, this paper further excavates the new marketing risk management theme, and puts forward two new audit theme design schemes: marketing meter reading quality analysis and industry electricity sales analysis; 2. Focusing on the core theme of "quantity, price, fee and loss", this paper analyzes the loopholes existing in the current check and control rules of the inspection and control system, and puts forward a design scheme to optimize and perfect the subject of quality control. Based on the analysis of the data relationship between the inspection and monitoring system and the electric power user information collection system, based on the new theme of anti-theft clue, the design of the information exchange scheme with the electric power user information collection system is put forward. And completed the effectiveness of the statistical function design. The design work of this paper has completed the realization of the program and has been applied to the marketing audit monitoring system step by step. The validity of the design work has been verified by the pre-test and the verification of the actual data.
