【摘要】：當(dāng)前,在企業(yè)日益成為創(chuàng)新主體的條件下,知識的生產(chǎn)將更多源于企業(yè),工業(yè)企業(yè)已成為區(qū)域技術(shù)創(chuàng)新的重要組成部分,而工業(yè)企業(yè)中的大中型企業(yè)則又是工業(yè)企業(yè)技術(shù)創(chuàng)新中的主體,大中型工業(yè)企業(yè)的技術(shù)創(chuàng)新水平很大程度上代表著國家創(chuàng)新能力的高低。因而,在此背景下對我國各省區(qū)大中型工業(yè)企業(yè)的技術(shù)創(chuàng)新效率進(jìn)行科學(xué)測度,并由此提出相關(guān)改進(jìn)的對策建議具有重要現(xiàn)實(shí)意義。 本文在閱讀了大量國內(nèi)外文獻(xiàn)和專家研究成果的基礎(chǔ)上,綜述了國內(nèi)外技術(shù)創(chuàng)新效率評價理論和方法的研究現(xiàn)狀,以非參數(shù)DEA方法為理論基礎(chǔ),從橫向區(qū)域差異和縱向動態(tài)演變兩個方面來考察我國各省區(qū)大中型工業(yè)企業(yè)技術(shù)創(chuàng)新效率狀況,并利用Tobit模型進(jìn)行技術(shù)創(chuàng)新效率影響因素分析。 首先,論文通過分析我國大中型工業(yè)企業(yè)現(xiàn)狀來引發(fā)對開展技術(shù)創(chuàng)新效率評價工作必要性的思考,概述了國內(nèi)外技術(shù)創(chuàng)新效率評價理論及現(xiàn)有的評價方法,提出課題研究的意義、研究思路和創(chuàng)新點(diǎn)。然后,構(gòu)建了大中型工業(yè)企業(yè)技術(shù)創(chuàng)新效率評價指標(biāo)體系,并應(yīng)用Pearson相關(guān)分析對數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行了相關(guān)性驗證。接著,運(yùn)用DEA-BCC模型對各省區(qū)的技術(shù)創(chuàng)新效率進(jìn)行橫向靜態(tài)測度,并考察東、中、西三大地區(qū)的差異性；再運(yùn)用DEA-Malmquist指數(shù)法分析各省區(qū)技術(shù)創(chuàng)新效率的動態(tài)變化,并考察其收斂趨勢。最后,利用Tobit模型對技術(shù)創(chuàng)新效率的影響因素進(jìn)行分析,從而為提高我國大中型工業(yè)企業(yè)技術(shù)創(chuàng)新效率提供針對性政策建議,有廣泛的應(yīng)用價值。
[Abstract]:At present, under the condition that the enterprise is becoming the main body of innovation, the knowledge production will come from the enterprise more and more, and the industrial enterprise has become an important part of the regional technological innovation. The large and medium-sized enterprises in the industrial enterprises are the main body of the technological innovation of the industrial enterprises, and the level of technological innovation of the large and medium-sized industrial enterprises to a great extent represents the level of the national innovation ability. Therefore, under this background, it is of great practical significance to measure the technological innovation efficiency of large and medium-sized industrial enterprises in various provinces and regions of our country, and to put forward some countermeasures and suggestions for improvement. On the basis of reading a large number of domestic and foreign literature and expert research results, this paper summarizes the research status of the evaluation theory and methods of the efficiency of technological innovation at home and abroad, based on the non-parametric DEA method as the theoretical basis. This paper investigates the technological innovation efficiency of large and medium-sized industrial enterprises in provinces and regions in China from two aspects of horizontal regional difference and vertical dynamic evolution, and analyzes the influencing factors of technological innovation efficiency by using Tobit model. First of all, by analyzing the current situation of large and medium-sized industrial enterprises in China, the paper gives some thoughts on the necessity of evaluating the efficiency of technological innovation, and summarizes the evaluation theory and existing evaluation methods of the efficiency of technological innovation at home and abroad. Put forward the significance of the subject research, research ideas and innovative points. Then, the evaluation index system of technological innovation efficiency of large and medium-sized industrial enterprises is constructed, and the correlation of data is verified by Pearson correlation analysis. Then, the paper uses DEA-BCC model to measure the technological innovation efficiency of provinces and regions, and investigates the differences among the east, the middle and the west, and then analyzes the dynamic changes of the technological innovation efficiency of the provinces and regions by using the DEA-Malmquist index method. The convergence trend is investigated. Finally, Tobit model is used to analyze the influencing factors of technological innovation efficiency, so as to provide targeted policy recommendations for improving the technological innovation efficiency of large and medium-sized industrial enterprises in China, which has wide application value.
