大規(guī)模定制生產(chǎn)環(huán)境下定制因素對制造時(shí)間的影響機(jī)理及其模型研究
[Abstract]:In the 21st century, the development speed of science and technology and economy is speeding up day by day, the market competition brought by globalization is becoming more and more fierce. Only those enterprises which can meet the diversified and individualized demands of consumers can keep their own vitality. Since the 1990s, mass customization (Mass Customization, MC) production strategy has been widely accepted by various industries, low-cost, high-quality custom-made products and services have changed the way people live. And for the enterprise itself brought huge profits. For a long time in the future, the mass customization production model will occupy the leading position in the whole manufacturing industry and even the service industry for a long time. The success or failure of mass customization depends on the control of product manufacturing time. It is the basis of enterprise cost accounting and product quotation, and the basis of implementing ERP and related information technology, which is directly related to product cost and production efficiency. However, mass customization will inevitably lead to a strong instability in the production mode of the enterprise, and the production process of each batch of products will change with different customization requirements. It is difficult to study customization time by traditional time research method. In order to grasp the manufacturing time accurately, we must study the effect of customization factors on manufacturing time from the process of product manufacture. Therefore, through the analysis of mass customization production mode, the mass customization manufacturing time is reorganized in the form of modularization, which is divided into standard time module and custom time module. Then, on the basis of previous researches on customization factors in product manufacturing process, the relationship between each customization factor and manufacturing time is analyzed from two dimensions of customization degree and customization capability. The influence mechanism of customization degree and customization capability on customization time is studied respectively. Finally, a model of the influence of customization factors on manufacturing time in mass customization production environment is proposed, and the feasibility and effectiveness of the model are verified by a specific case study.
