煤炭行業(yè)產(chǎn)學(xué)研協(xié)同創(chuàng)新網(wǎng)絡(luò)研究

【摘要】:在經(jīng)濟(jì)全球化的背景下,全球競爭日漸激烈,產(chǎn)學(xué)研協(xié)同創(chuàng)新發(fā)展的優(yōu)勢在各行業(yè)中日漸突出,產(chǎn)學(xué)研協(xié)同創(chuàng)新已經(jīng)成為很多企業(yè)技術(shù)創(chuàng)新的重要途徑。應(yīng)運(yùn)而生的協(xié)同創(chuàng)新網(wǎng)絡(luò),作為一種新型、有效的資源整合和配置的新型創(chuàng)新方式得到了世界各國的重視。在我國煤炭行業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)型深化期,煤炭能源結(jié)構(gòu)要求向資源節(jié)約型、環(huán)境友好型、低碳導(dǎo)向型轉(zhuǎn)變。面對(duì)我國煤炭資源現(xiàn)狀,結(jié)合我國煤炭企業(yè)發(fā)展的實(shí)際情況,,煤炭行業(yè)產(chǎn)學(xué)研發(fā)展模式正在成為推動(dòng)煤炭行業(yè)進(jìn)步的重要力量。目前,煤炭企業(yè)與高校、科研機(jī)構(gòu)等創(chuàng)新主體組成的協(xié)同創(chuàng)新網(wǎng)絡(luò),為煤炭行業(yè)的轉(zhuǎn)型提供了一條道路,通過各個(gè)創(chuàng)新主體之間的良好互動(dòng),可以產(chǎn)生“1+1+13”的創(chuàng)新倍增效應(yīng)。 本文結(jié)合我國煤炭行業(yè)產(chǎn)學(xué)研創(chuàng)新的實(shí)際發(fā)展?fàn)顩r,基于產(chǎn)學(xué)研理論、協(xié)同創(chuàng)新理論、博弈理論和小世界網(wǎng)絡(luò)組織理論對(duì)國內(nèi)外產(chǎn)學(xué)研協(xié)同創(chuàng)新研究的最新成果進(jìn)行分析闡述,運(yùn)用文獻(xiàn)研究法、現(xiàn)場調(diào)查分析法、博弈分析法和小世界網(wǎng)絡(luò)組織分析法,以煤炭企業(yè)與高校、科研機(jī)構(gòu)等創(chuàng)新主體組成的協(xié)同創(chuàng)新網(wǎng)絡(luò)作為研究對(duì)象,對(duì)提升煤炭行業(yè)產(chǎn)學(xué)研的協(xié)同創(chuàng)新網(wǎng)絡(luò)運(yùn)行效率進(jìn)行了探索。 本文基于合作博弈模型對(duì)協(xié)同創(chuàng)新網(wǎng)絡(luò)中創(chuàng)新主體的利益分配機(jī)制進(jìn)行了分析,得出:產(chǎn)學(xué)研協(xié)同創(chuàng)新網(wǎng)絡(luò)的利益分配是一個(gè)動(dòng)態(tài)的過程,需要對(duì)利益分配方案根據(jù)協(xié)同創(chuàng)新不同階段進(jìn)行調(diào)整。基于演化博弈模型對(duì)協(xié)同創(chuàng)新網(wǎng)絡(luò)的演化機(jī)制進(jìn)行分析研究,得出:實(shí)現(xiàn)博弈雙方的協(xié)同創(chuàng)新,要著重考慮收益系數(shù)r、風(fēng)險(xiǎn)系數(shù)v對(duì)網(wǎng)絡(luò)演化的影響;谛∈澜缇W(wǎng)絡(luò)通過matlab平臺(tái)對(duì)煤炭行業(yè)產(chǎn)學(xué)研協(xié)同創(chuàng)新系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行仿真模擬,得出提升該網(wǎng)絡(luò)運(yùn)行效率的幾點(diǎn)建議:合理確定協(xié)同創(chuàng)新網(wǎng)絡(luò)中創(chuàng)新參與主體的個(gè)數(shù);加強(qiáng)煤炭企業(yè)網(wǎng)絡(luò)關(guān)鍵點(diǎn)建設(shè);加強(qiáng)政府網(wǎng)絡(luò)結(jié)點(diǎn)建設(shè);重視網(wǎng)絡(luò)的斷鍵重連,改善系統(tǒng)合作機(jī)制;減少特征路徑長度,加強(qiáng)中介機(jī)構(gòu)功能。最后從煤炭企業(yè)的角度,以義馬煤業(yè)集團(tuán)為例,得出在構(gòu)建產(chǎn)學(xué)研協(xié)同創(chuàng)新網(wǎng)絡(luò)時(shí),對(duì)網(wǎng)絡(luò)構(gòu)建的不同階段煤炭企業(yè)構(gòu)建的側(cè)重點(diǎn)有所不同。
[Abstract]:Under the background of economic globalization, the global competition is becoming more and more fierce, and the advantages of industry-study-research collaborative innovation are becoming more and more prominent in various industries. The industry-study-research collaborative innovation has become an important approach to the technological innovation of many enterprises. As a new and effective resource integration and allocation, collaborative innovation network has been paid more and more attention all over the world. In the deepening period of coal industry transformation, coal energy structure needs to be changed to resource-saving, environment-friendly and low-carbon oriented. In the face of the present situation of coal resources in our country and the actual situation of the development of coal enterprises in our country, the development mode of production, education and research in coal industry is becoming an important force to promote the progress of coal industry. At present, the cooperative innovation network composed of coal enterprises, universities, scientific research institutions and other innovation bodies provides a way for the transformation of the coal industry, through the good interaction among the various innovation subjects. Can produce "11 13" the innovation multiplication effect. Based on the theory of industry and research, the theory of cooperative innovation, the theory of game and the theory of small world network organization, this paper analyzes the latest achievements of the research on collaborative innovation of industry, university and research in China and abroad, combined with the actual development situation of the innovation of industry, university and research in China's coal industry. By using the methods of literature research, field investigation, game analysis and small-world network organization analysis, the cooperative innovation network composed of coal enterprises, colleges and universities, scientific research institutions and so on is taken as the research object. This paper explores how to improve the efficiency of collaborative innovation network in coal industry. Based on the cooperative game model, this paper analyzes the benefit distribution mechanism of innovation agents in collaborative innovation network, and concludes that the benefit distribution of collaborative innovation network in industry, university and research is a dynamic process. It is necessary to adjust the benefit distribution scheme according to the different stages of collaborative innovation. Based on the evolutionary game model, the evolutionary mechanism of cooperative innovation network is analyzed and studied. It is concluded that in order to realize cooperative innovation of both sides of the game, the influence of income coefficient r and risk coefficient v on the evolution of the network should be considered emphatically. Based on the small world network, this paper simulates the coal industry, university and research collaborative innovation system through matlab platform, and obtains several suggestions to improve the efficiency of the network: rationally determine the number of innovation participants in the collaborative innovation network; Strengthen the construction of key points of coal enterprise network; strengthen the construction of government network node; pay attention to the network broken key reconnect improve the system cooperation mechanism; reduce the length of characteristic path strengthen the function of intermediary. Finally, from the perspective of coal enterprises, taking Yima Coal Industry Group as an example, it is concluded that in the construction of collaborative innovation network of industry, education and research, the focus of construction of coal enterprises in different stages of network construction is different.
