【摘要】：隨著全球一體化經(jīng)濟(jì)的快速發(fā)展,大型能源公司的快速發(fā)展面臨著新的問(wèn)題和挑戰(zhàn),并對(duì)企業(yè)的信息化建設(shè)提出了更高的要求。錦州石化公司作為我國(guó)特大型煉油化工燃料型企業(yè),也面臨著同樣的問(wèn)題。ERP是一個(gè)將成熟信息技術(shù)和先進(jìn)管理理念相結(jié)合的信息系統(tǒng),能夠整合企業(yè)資源,共享業(yè)務(wù)數(shù)據(jù),優(yōu)化業(yè)務(wù)流程,提高生產(chǎn)運(yùn)營(yíng)效率,增強(qiáng)企業(yè)核心競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力。企業(yè)實(shí)施ERP已經(jīng)成為一種趨勢(shì)。本文首先分析ERP系統(tǒng)的國(guó)內(nèi)外研究及應(yīng)用現(xiàn)狀,詳細(xì)介紹了ERP系統(tǒng)的概念、發(fā)展過(guò)程、特點(diǎn)和核心價(jià)值,以及ERP相關(guān)的核心技術(shù)。對(duì)錦州石化公司概況、信息化工作現(xiàn)狀和財(cái)務(wù)管理現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行分析,說(shuō)明ERP系統(tǒng)實(shí)施的重要性和必要性。然后,本文以錦州石化公司煉油與化工ERP項(xiàng)目的實(shí)施全過(guò)程為主線,從財(cái)務(wù)管理的角度,進(jìn)行項(xiàng)目總體設(shè)計(jì),規(guī)劃ERP系統(tǒng)的模塊架構(gòu);進(jìn)行項(xiàng)目詳細(xì)設(shè)計(jì),修改標(biāo)準(zhǔn)業(yè)務(wù)流程;闡述項(xiàng)目實(shí)現(xiàn)過(guò)程,包括系統(tǒng)配置、權(quán)限配置、系統(tǒng)增強(qiáng)和系統(tǒng)測(cè)試。最后,概括了ERP系統(tǒng)實(shí)施后給財(cái)務(wù)工作帶來(lái)的巨大變化和效益提升,分享ERP系統(tǒng)實(shí)施成功的經(jīng)驗(yàn)和教訓(xùn)。通過(guò)分析研究得出結(jié)論,ERP系統(tǒng)的成功實(shí)施滿(mǎn)足了公司生產(chǎn)經(jīng)營(yíng)的需要,實(shí)現(xiàn)了業(yè)務(wù)集成和數(shù)據(jù)共享,提高了協(xié)同運(yùn)作能力和辦公效率。ERP系統(tǒng)在企業(yè)信息化發(fā)展過(guò)程中已經(jīng)成為貫通業(yè)務(wù),消除“信息孤島”的核心項(xiàng)目,是企業(yè)核心競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力的重要組成部分。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of the global integration economy, the rapid development of large energy companies faces new problems and challenges, and puts forward higher requirements for the information construction of enterprises. As a large oil refining and chemical fuel enterprise in China, the Jinzhou Petrochemical Corp is also facing the same problem that.ERP is a mature information technology and advanced technology. The information system combining management concept can integrate the enterprise resources, share the business data, optimize the business process, improve the production operation efficiency and enhance the core competitiveness of the enterprise. The implementation of the ERP has become a trend. Firstly, this paper analyzes the domestic and foreign research and application status of the ERP system, and introduces the concept of the ERP system in detail. The process, characteristic and core value, and the core technology related to ERP, analyze the situation of Jinzhou Petrochemical Corp, the status of information work and the current situation of financial management, and explain the importance and necessity of the implementation of the ERP system. Then, this paper takes the whole process of the implementation of the Jinzhou Petrochemical Corp refining and chemical ERP project as the main line, from the perspective of financial management, Carry out the overall design of the project, plan the module architecture of the ERP system, carry out the detailed design of the project, modify the standard business process, and elaborate the project implementation process, including system configuration, authority configuration, system enhancement and system testing. Finally, it summarizes the huge changes and benefits for the financial work after the implementation of the ERP system, and shares the implementation of the ERP system. Through the analysis and study, the successful implementation of the ERP system meets the needs of the company's production and management, realizes the business integration and data sharing, and improves the cooperative operation ability and efficiency of the.ERP system in the process of enterprise information development, which has become the core of the business and eliminates the core of the "information island". The project is an important part of the core competitiveness of an enterprise.
