【摘要】：中國核電工業(yè)起步于20世紀5 0年代,因國際政治的原因,核電技術(shù)一直處于自主研發(fā)的階段,到了本世紀80年代,我國開始嘗試進行國際合作,引進資金、技術(shù)、設(shè)備和管理建造模式,形成了一條“引進、消化、吸收、再創(chuàng)新”的道路。從2003年開始,核電事業(yè)大力發(fā)展,核電工程項目管理公司也應(yīng)運而生。對于核電領(lǐng)域的工程公司,目前已經(jīng)跨入了核電型號研發(fā)與項目建設(shè)管理的創(chuàng)新型企業(yè)行列,知識對公司有著舉足輕重的地位,知識管理不僅可以提高公司對知識的有效使用,還關(guān)系到公司的生存和可持續(xù)發(fā)展。本文立足于核電工程項目特殊的管理模式,調(diào)研了國內(nèi)外核電行業(yè)內(nèi)知識管理現(xiàn)狀,挖掘出核電工程項目管理公司內(nèi)部,知識管理的內(nèi)容、核心,內(nèi)涵與要素,理清核電項目中的知識管理的總體思路�；赥RIZ理論“知識庫是解決矛盾的精髓”,本文闡述了核電工程項目知識管理中各個知識庫之間的關(guān)系,并以知識庫為核心,制定核電工程項目管理公司的知識管理解決方案,并在實施知識管理方案的過程中,重視項目技術(shù)(如項目進度技術(shù)風險管理等)和OBS項目管理組織結(jié)構(gòu)分解技術(shù)的應(yīng)用�；谶@一系列研究,最終為核電工程項目管理公司知識管理提供一個標準的解決方案,為行業(yè)內(nèi)類似公司建立內(nèi)部的知識管理體系提供參考。
[Abstract]:China's nuclear power industry started in the 1950s. For reasons of international politics, nuclear power technology has been in the stage of independent research and development. In the 1980s, China began to try to carry out international cooperation and introduce funds and technologies. Equipment and management of the construction model, formed a "import, digestion, absorption, re-innovation" road. Since 2003, the nuclear power industry has developed vigorously, and the nuclear power project management company has emerged as the times require. For engineering companies in the field of nuclear power, they have now stepped into the ranks of innovative enterprises in nuclear power type R & D and project construction management. Knowledge plays an important role in the company. Knowledge management can not only improve the effective use of knowledge in companies. Also related to the survival and sustainable development of the company. Based on the special management mode of nuclear power project, this paper investigates the current situation of knowledge management in nuclear power industry at home and abroad, and excavates the content, core, connotation and elements of knowledge management in nuclear power project management company. Clarify the overall thinking of knowledge management in nuclear power projects. Based on Triz theory, "knowledge base is the quintessence of solving contradiction", this paper expounds the relationship between each knowledge base in the knowledge management of nuclear power project, and takes the knowledge base as the core, and formulates the solution of knowledge management of nuclear power project management company. In the process of implementing knowledge management scheme, the application of project technology (such as project schedule technology risk management) and OBS project management organization structure decomposition technology is emphasized. Based on this series of studies, it provides a standard solution for the knowledge management of nuclear power project management companies, and provides a reference for similar companies in the industry to set up internal knowledge management systems.
