京東方快速擴(kuò)張戰(zhàn)略的研究

【摘要】:京東方是國(guó)內(nèi)最大的光電顯示技術(shù)、產(chǎn)品與解決方案的提供商。2003年開(kāi)始通過(guò)并購(gòu)從韓國(guó)現(xiàn)代顯示技術(shù)株式會(huì)社獲得了液晶面板制造技術(shù),成為中國(guó)第一家液晶面板制造企業(yè),在短短的10年左右從無(wú)到有的成長(zhǎng)為國(guó)內(nèi)液晶顯示行業(yè)的領(lǐng)導(dǎo)者,特別是近5年來(lái)的快速擴(kuò)張戰(zhàn)略的成功實(shí)施令業(yè)界驚嘆。 全文分為七章。文章首先介紹了研究背景與方法,研究理論基礎(chǔ);其次,運(yùn)用PEST分析模型、波特五力模型對(duì)京東方液晶面板業(yè)務(wù)經(jīng)營(yíng)所處的外部環(huán)境因素進(jìn)行了分析,歸納其中的機(jī)遇與挑戰(zhàn);然后,再對(duì)京東方相關(guān)內(nèi)部經(jīng)營(yíng)環(huán)境進(jìn)行了深入分析,歸納其中的優(yōu)勢(shì)和劣勢(shì);緊接著在內(nèi)外部因素分析基礎(chǔ)上,運(yùn)用SWOT分析法為京東方匹配備選戰(zhàn)略,利用專家打分法篩選戰(zhàn)略,提出了京東方的快速擴(kuò)張的SO戰(zhàn)略方向:應(yīng)充分理解和利用中國(guó)目前的良好政策環(huán)境,巨大的市場(chǎng)需求環(huán)境,和快速的技術(shù)變更與行業(yè)發(fā)展機(jī)會(huì),迅速完成產(chǎn)能和產(chǎn)品線的布局使整體制造達(dá)到國(guó)際一流廠商的規(guī)模效益。并以此總體戰(zhàn)略為據(jù),為京東方制定出最終戰(zhàn)略規(guī)劃與戰(zhàn)略分解和保障措施。最后一章提出本研究的結(jié)論與展望。 本文通過(guò)對(duì)京東方發(fā)展歷程特別是近五年來(lái)行業(yè)矚目的快速擴(kuò)張發(fā)展進(jìn)行了理論結(jié)合實(shí)際的具體分析與研究,完成了以京東方為代表的液晶面板制造企業(yè)快速擴(kuò)張的戰(zhàn)略的詳細(xì)分析,為國(guó)內(nèi)類似企業(yè)的發(fā)展提了理論和實(shí)踐供參考依據(jù)。
[Abstract]:Beijing and Eastern is the largest provider of optoelectronic display technology, products and solutions in China. In 2003, it acquired LCD panel manufacturing technology from Korea Modern display Technology Co., Ltd. and became the first LCD panel manufacturing enterprise in China. In a short period of 10 years from scratch to grow into the domestic LCD industry leader, especially in the past five years of rapid expansion strategy to the successful implementation of the industry amazed. The full text is divided into seven chapters. Firstly, this paper introduces the research background and method, and the theoretical basis, secondly, analyzes the external environmental factors of Beijing and Oriental LCD panel business by pest analysis model and Porter's five-force model, and summarizes the opportunities and challenges. Then, it makes a deep analysis of the relevant internal business environment of Beijing and Oriental, and summarizes the advantages and disadvantages. Then, on the basis of the analysis of internal and external factors, SWOT analysis is used to match the alternative strategy for Beijing and East. By using the expert scoring method to screen the strategy, this paper puts forward the strategic direction of the rapid expansion of the so strategy of Beijing and Oriental: we should fully understand and utilize the current good policy environment of China, the huge market demand environment, and the rapid technological changes and opportunities for the development of the industry. Rapid completion of production capacity and product line layout enables the overall manufacturing to achieve international top-class manufacturers economies of scale. Based on the overall strategy, the final strategic planning and strategy decomposition and safeguard measures are worked out for Beijing and East. The last chapter puts forward the conclusion and prospect of this study. In this paper, through the development of Beijing and East, especially the rapid expansion and development of the industry in the past five years, we have made a concrete analysis and research on the theory combined with the practice. The rapid expansion strategy of LCD panel manufacturing enterprises represented by Beijing and Oriental is analyzed in detail, which provides a theoretical and practical basis for the development of similar enterprises in China.
