【摘要】:近年來(lái),隨著中國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)實(shí)力增長(zhǎng),發(fā)展和增強(qiáng)航空航天產(chǎn)業(yè)也變的意義重大。與此同時(shí),伴隨中國(guó)C919大飛機(jī)研制的推進(jìn)和中國(guó)航空市場(chǎng)需求的持續(xù)增加,越來(lái)越多擁有技術(shù)優(yōu)勢(shì)的國(guó)外制造商、供應(yīng)商開(kāi)始尋求與中國(guó)商飛的合作,陸續(xù)將一些項(xiàng)目轉(zhuǎn)移到中國(guó),希望通過(guò)技術(shù)換取市場(chǎng),中國(guó)市場(chǎng)顯然成了全球的熱點(diǎn)。 然而,對(duì)中國(guó)來(lái)說(shuō),目前在民用飛機(jī)發(fā)展方面還沒(méi)有足夠多的經(jīng)驗(yàn)。因此,這些跨國(guó)航空航天制造企業(yè)在進(jìn)入中國(guó)市場(chǎng)去拓展業(yè)務(wù)的同時(shí),首先也將面臨著如何選擇正確的本地供應(yīng)商以及在完成供應(yīng)商開(kāi)發(fā)階段后如何在供應(yīng)商管理中所遇到那些場(chǎng)不可預(yù)知的問(wèn)題。 供應(yīng)鏈好壞關(guān)系到跨國(guó)航天航空公司能否立足于中國(guó)市場(chǎng),如何避免上述事情的發(fā)生,是這些跨國(guó)航天航天公司在前期供應(yīng)商開(kāi)發(fā)以及后期供應(yīng)商合作過(guò)程中必須直接面對(duì)和解決的問(wèn)題,本文將通過(guò)分析研究H企業(yè)在本地供應(yīng)商管理為實(shí)例,為解決航空航天企業(yè)在中國(guó)市場(chǎng)實(shí)施有效供應(yīng)商管理、確保供應(yīng)鏈健康有序等問(wèn)題嘗試提供思路、及采用案例研究的方法結(jié)合六西格瑪管理相關(guān)的理論知識(shí),對(duì)H企業(yè)在供應(yīng)商管理中遇到的問(wèn)題進(jìn)行分析,,針對(duì)發(fā)生問(wèn)題的根本原因,提出改進(jìn)方案及建議,并通過(guò)方案的實(shí)施到最終解決和優(yōu)化,以期供中國(guó)本地航空企業(yè)在遇到類似問(wèn)題時(shí)借鑒及參考。 從理論方面,本文運(yùn)用網(wǎng)絡(luò)分析法(Analytic Network Process)來(lái)開(kāi)發(fā)一套適合H企業(yè)的中國(guó)供應(yīng)商選擇方法,并通過(guò)六西格瑪管理中DMAIC的方法對(duì)供應(yīng)商在實(shí)際項(xiàng)目生產(chǎn)中遇到的產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量問(wèn)題為實(shí)例進(jìn)行數(shù)據(jù)分析。通過(guò)找到問(wèn)題的關(guān)鍵,幫助供應(yīng)商提高產(chǎn)品生產(chǎn)率,同時(shí)也幫助H企業(yè)高效、順利的完成自身供應(yīng)鏈的轉(zhuǎn)移項(xiàng)目,最終使H公司達(dá)到成本節(jié)約及市場(chǎng)的增長(zhǎng)。
[Abstract]:In recent years, with the growth of China's economic strength, the development and enhancement of the aerospace industry has become of great significance. At the same time, with the development of China's C919 aircraft and the increasing demand in China's aviation market, more and more foreign manufacturers and suppliers with technological advantages are seeking cooperation with Comac. Some projects have been moved to China in the hope of exchanging technology for the market, which has clearly become a global hot spot. However, for China, there is not enough experience in the development of civil aircraft. Therefore, while these multinational aerospace manufacturing enterprises enter the Chinese market to expand their business, First of all, it will also face the problem of how to select the right local supplier and how to meet the unpredictable problems in supplier management after completing the supplier development phase. Good or bad supply chain is related to the multinational aerospace industry. Can the company be based on the Chinese market, How to avoid the above problems is the problem that these multinational space companies must face and solve directly in the process of supplier development and supplier cooperation. By analyzing and studying the local supplier management of H enterprise, this paper tries to provide some ideas to solve the problems of effective supplier management in Chinese market and ensure the supply chain to be healthy and orderly. With the method of case study and six Sigma management theory knowledge, this paper analyzes the problems encountered in the supplier management of H enterprise, and puts forward the improvement scheme and suggestions in view of the root causes of the problems. And through the implementation of the scheme to the final solution and optimization, in order to provide Chinese local aviation enterprises in similar problems and reference. In this paper, the Analytic Network process is used to develop a set of Chinese supplier selection methods suitable for H enterprises. Through the method of DMAIC in six Sigma management, this paper analyzes the product quality problems encountered by suppliers in actual project production. By finding the key to the problem, the supplier can improve the product productivity, and also help the H enterprise to complete the transfer project of its own supply chain efficiently and smoothly. Finally, the H company can achieve cost saving and market growth.
