【摘要】：國內(nèi)外道岔監(jiān)測(cè)系統(tǒng)技術(shù)日益多樣,市場(chǎng)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)日趨激烈,這些都使得道岔監(jiān)測(cè)系統(tǒng)產(chǎn)品化項(xiàng)目管理面臨諸多新的挑戰(zhàn),尤其是在應(yīng)用實(shí)施標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化管理和產(chǎn)品化供應(yīng)等方面表現(xiàn)得尤為明顯。本文進(jìn)一步研究道岔監(jiān)測(cè)系統(tǒng)產(chǎn)品化工作和其應(yīng)用項(xiàng)目管理的詳細(xì)具體內(nèi)涵,為積累符合國情和適合我國經(jīng)濟(jì)社會(huì)發(fā)展需要的道岔監(jiān)測(cè)系統(tǒng)產(chǎn)品化經(jīng)驗(yàn)、構(gòu)建完整可行的方法體系等其他方面具有重要的理論和實(shí)踐意義。本文在分析中國道岔監(jiān)測(cè)系統(tǒng)產(chǎn)品化項(xiàng)目管理的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀與既有問題的基礎(chǔ)之上,利用理論與實(shí)際相結(jié)合的方法,提出了在道岔監(jiān)測(cè)系統(tǒng)產(chǎn)品化實(shí)施中應(yīng)用項(xiàng)目管理的方法。并且基于產(chǎn)品研發(fā)項(xiàng)目生命周期理論,綜合現(xiàn)代項(xiàng)目管理與研發(fā)項(xiàng)目管理的特點(diǎn),將產(chǎn)品化項(xiàng)目管理按階段分別劃分為立項(xiàng)管理、規(guī)劃管理、實(shí)施管理以及終止管理,在此基礎(chǔ)上依次論述各個(gè)階段的管理內(nèi)容。本文結(jié)合JF公司道岔監(jiān)測(cè)系統(tǒng)產(chǎn)品化項(xiàng)目管理的現(xiàn)實(shí)狀況,在分析產(chǎn)品化項(xiàng)目管理組織結(jié)構(gòu)和模式的同時(shí),詳細(xì)剖析了設(shè)備配備、進(jìn)度計(jì)劃、任務(wù)分解、風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理、人力資源管理以及成果管理,最終達(dá)到了該項(xiàng)目管理的預(yù)期目標(biāo),提升了道岔監(jiān)測(cè)系統(tǒng)產(chǎn)品化項(xiàng)目管理的水平。最后,論文針對(duì)當(dāng)前項(xiàng)目管理應(yīng)用于道岔監(jiān)測(cè)系統(tǒng)產(chǎn)品化項(xiàng)目過程中遇到的研發(fā)人員管理、知識(shí)管理等難點(diǎn),運(yùn)用現(xiàn)代項(xiàng)目管理方法提出了一些思路。
[Abstract]:At home and abroad, the technology of turnout monitoring system is becoming more and more diverse, and the market competition is becoming more and more fierce. All of these make the production project management of turnout monitoring system face many new challenges. Especially in the application of standardized management and production of supply and other aspects of performance is particularly obvious. This paper further studies the production work of the turnout monitoring system and the detailed connotation of its application project management, in order to accumulate the production experience of the turnout monitoring system in accordance with the national conditions and the needs of the economic and social development of our country. It is of great theoretical and practical significance to construct a complete and feasible method system and other aspects. Based on the analysis of the present situation and existing problems of the production project management of the turnout monitoring system in China, this paper puts forward a method of applying project management to the implementation of the production of the turnout monitoring system using the method of combining theory with practice. Based on the theory of product development project life cycle and the characteristics of modern project management and R & D project management, the product project management is divided into project management, planning management, implementation management and termination management. On this basis, the management content of each stage is discussed in turn. Combined with the reality of JF company's switch monitoring system, this paper analyzes the organizational structure and mode of production project management, and analyzes in detail equipment allocation, schedule plan, task decomposition, risk management, etc. Human resource management and results-based management finally reach the expected goal of the project management and improve the level of production-oriented project management of turnout monitoring system. Finally, aiming at the difficulties of R & D personnel management and knowledge management encountered in the process of applying project management to the production project of turnout monitoring system, this paper puts forward some ideas by using modern project management method.
