【摘要】：介紹重置成本法的定義和原理,分析新報(bào)廢標(biāo)準(zhǔn)下重置成本法在二手車評估中的應(yīng)用。在使用年限法中提出地區(qū)車輛報(bào)廢年限均值,分析新報(bào)廢標(biāo)準(zhǔn)下綜合分析法的合理計(jì)算方法,并對重置成本法中成新率的四種計(jì)算方法的適用范圍進(jìn)行分析。
[Abstract]:This paper introduces the definition and principle of the replacement cost method, and analyzes the application of the replacement cost method in the evaluation of used car under the new scrap standard. In the method of service life, the mean value of scrapping life of regional vehicles is put forward, the reasonable calculation method of comprehensive analysis method under the new scrap standard is analyzed, and the applicable range of four calculation methods of new rate in the method of replacement cost is analyzed.
