J印刷公司商業(yè)模式研究

【摘要】:最近幾年,印刷行業(yè)面臨著巨大的危機(jī),包括訂單大量減少、招人困難、印刷廠破產(chǎn)、老板跑路等,傳統(tǒng)的印刷行業(yè)陷入了前所未有的困境。另外,印刷行業(yè)的價(jià)格戰(zhàn)也非常激烈,彼此壓價(jià)也屢見(jiàn)不鮮,不是追求價(jià)格最低,而是追求更低的價(jià)格。由于我國(guó)頒布了一系列限制公款消費(fèi)的政策,很多賀卡和臺(tái)掛歷等業(yè)務(wù)逐漸減少甚至消失,同時(shí),移動(dòng)互聯(lián)網(wǎng)以及新技術(shù)的發(fā)展對(duì)很多傳統(tǒng)行業(yè)產(chǎn)生了較大的影響和沖擊,包裝印刷行業(yè)作為傳統(tǒng)行業(yè)不可避免地面臨著這些影響和沖擊。此外,包裝印刷行業(yè)受到原材料上漲、下游企業(yè)壓價(jià)、印刷同行惡性競(jìng)爭(zhēng)等因素使得整個(gè)包裝印刷行業(yè)受到較大沖擊。大型國(guó)有印刷企業(yè)雖然其自身實(shí)力雄厚,但面對(duì)惡劣的外部環(huán)境下,生存條件日益惡化。J印刷公司作為一家國(guó)有大型印刷企業(yè)面臨著嚴(yán)峻的挑戰(zhàn)。本研究將以一家經(jīng)過(guò)改制后六年的國(guó)企—J印刷公司為研究對(duì)象,首先對(duì)全球印刷市場(chǎng)和國(guó)內(nèi)印刷市場(chǎng)的整體現(xiàn)狀和趨勢(shì)進(jìn)行了分析和總結(jié),并通過(guò)對(duì)包裝印刷行業(yè)所面臨的外部環(huán)境進(jìn)行了分析,為包裝印刷企業(yè)的未來(lái)趨勢(shì)和發(fā)展方向做了預(yù)測(cè)。然后從J印刷公司商業(yè)模式入手,在J印刷公司現(xiàn)有經(jīng)營(yíng)數(shù)據(jù)的基礎(chǔ)上,對(duì)其商業(yè)模式的九個(gè)構(gòu)造模塊進(jìn)行分析并找出其問(wèn)題所在。最后,通過(guò)引用有關(guān)國(guó)有企業(yè)以及商業(yè)模式的文獻(xiàn)研究成果,針對(duì)J印刷公司提出了基于核心競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力的商業(yè)模式創(chuàng)新建議,供J印刷公司做決策參考。
[Abstract]:In recent years, the printing industry has faced a huge crisis, including a large reduction in orders, difficulty in recruiting, bankruptcy of the printing plant, the running of the boss and so on. The traditional printing industry has fallen into an unprecedented dilemma. In addition, the price war in the printing industry is also very intense, and the price of each other is not fresh, not the lowest price, but the pursuit of lower prices. Since China has issued a series of policies to limit the consumption of public funds, many cards and calendars have gradually reduced or even disappeared. At the same time, the development of mobile Internet and new technologies have greatly influenced and impacted many traditional industries. The packaging and printing industry is inevitably faced with these impacts and shocks as the transmission industry. In addition, the packaging and printing industry has been greatly affected by the rising of raw materials, the lower price of the downstream enterprises and the vicious competition of the printing peers. Although the large state-owned printing enterprises have their own strength, the.J printing company is becoming a large state-owned enterprise in the face of bad external environment. The printing enterprise is facing a severe challenge. This study will take a state-owned enterprise J printing company as the research object for six years after the reform. First, it analyzes and summarizes the overall status and trend of the global printing market and the domestic printing market, and analyzes the external environment of the packaging and printing industry for packaging and printing. The future trend and development direction of the brush enterprise are predicted. Then, on the basis of the existing business data of the J printing company, the nine structural modules of the business model are analyzed and the problems are found out on the basis of the existing business data of the J printing company. Finally, the literature research results about the state-owned enterprises and the business models are quoted. J printing company has put forward the innovation proposal of business mode based on core competitiveness for J printing company to make decision reference.
