大慶油田第一采油廠ERP應(yīng)用效果及提升對(duì)策研究

【摘要】:ERP系統(tǒng)是規(guī)范企業(yè)資源管理、全面提升企業(yè)管理水平的重要工具,該類系統(tǒng)在許多企業(yè)已經(jīng)得到了廣泛應(yīng)用。為了實(shí)現(xiàn)引入該系統(tǒng)的目標(biāo),必須將該系統(tǒng)有效地與企業(yè)實(shí)際相結(jié)合,同時(shí)創(chuàng)造有利的條件,使系統(tǒng)功能得到充分發(fā)揮。而且,,企業(yè)一旦引入ERP后,為使ERP系統(tǒng)對(duì)企業(yè)生產(chǎn)經(jīng)營(yíng)產(chǎn)生促進(jìn)作用,必須在系統(tǒng)的應(yīng)用過(guò)程中不斷完善,以實(shí)現(xiàn)系統(tǒng)運(yùn)行的集成化、業(yè)務(wù)流程合理化和管理改善持續(xù)化。 本文依據(jù)管理信息系統(tǒng)尤其是ERP的相關(guān)理論知識(shí),通過(guò)對(duì)大慶油田采油一廠ERP系統(tǒng)的引入和應(yīng)用狀況的實(shí)際調(diào)查,對(duì)大慶油田第一采油廠ERP系統(tǒng)的引入過(guò)程和應(yīng)用狀況進(jìn)行了深入分析,從業(yè)務(wù)流程、功能應(yīng)用、物料主數(shù)據(jù)、一級(jí)運(yùn)維、系統(tǒng)操作、流程執(zhí)行、思想認(rèn)識(shí)等七個(gè)方面總結(jié)出該廠在ERP系統(tǒng)引入和應(yīng)用中存在的問(wèn)題和不足。在借鑒相關(guān)專家研究成果的基礎(chǔ)上,從促進(jìn)ERP系統(tǒng)有效地與大慶油田第一采油廠的生產(chǎn)經(jīng)營(yíng)活動(dòng)相結(jié)合和提高系統(tǒng)使用效果的角度,提出了拓展ERP模塊功能、優(yōu)化業(yè)務(wù)流程、加強(qiáng)ERP宣傳、強(qiáng)化ERP培訓(xùn)、重構(gòu)績(jī)效評(píng)價(jià)體系、建立內(nèi)部顧問(wèn)團(tuán)隊(duì)、持續(xù)優(yōu)化ERP系統(tǒng)等七項(xiàng)對(duì)策建議。希望通過(guò)本文的研究能夠?qū)Υ髴c油田采油一廠ERP系統(tǒng)的有效應(yīng)用提供參考。
[Abstract]:ERP system is an important tool to standardize enterprise resource management and improve the level of enterprise management. This kind of system has been widely used in many enterprises. In order to realize the goal of introducing the system, it is necessary to combine the system effectively with the actual situation of the enterprise, at the same time to create favorable conditions, so that the system functions can be brought into full play. Moreover, once the ERP is introduced, in order to make the ERP system promote the production and management of the enterprise, it must be perfected in the application of the system, so as to realize the integration of the system operation, the rationalization of the business process and the continuous improvement of the management. Based on the relevant theoretical knowledge of management information system, especially ERP, this paper makes a practical investigation on the introduction and application of ERP system in Daqing Oilfield. The introduction process and application status of ERP system in Daqing Oilfield No. 1 Oil recovery Plant are analyzed in depth, including business process, function application, material master data, primary operation and maintenance, system operation, process execution, etc. The problems and shortcomings in the introduction and application of ERP system in this factory are summarized in seven aspects. On the basis of referring to the research results of relevant experts, from the point of promoting the effective combination of ERP system with the production and management activities of the first oil production plant in Daqing Oilfield and improving the operational effect of the system, this paper proposes to expand the function of the ERP module and optimize the business process. Strengthen ERP propaganda, strengthen ERP training, reconstruct performance evaluation system, set up internal consultant team, and continuously optimize ERP system. It is hoped that the research in this paper can provide a reference for the effective application of ERP system in Daqing Oilfield.
