中小制造業(yè)出口企業(yè)技術(shù)創(chuàng)新能力評價體系研究

【摘要】:技術(shù)創(chuàng)新是一個國家民族工業(yè)之魂,,我國如何從“制造大國”成為“制造強國”,特別是中小制造業(yè)出口企業(yè)如何通過不斷地技術(shù)創(chuàng)新,持續(xù)提高產(chǎn)品在國際市場的競爭力,就成為我們必須研究的課題。 在這個科技日新月異的時代,技術(shù)創(chuàng)新在市場競爭中發(fā)揮著越來越重要的作用。近年來,金融危機使得全球經(jīng)濟下滑,國際市場蕭條,而各國為保護本國工業(yè),相繼采取各種技術(shù)貿(mào)易壁壘和綠色貿(mào)易壁壘等隱蔽手段,限制和阻礙其他國家的產(chǎn)品進入本國市場。因此,我國的出口企業(yè),尤其是中小制造業(yè)出口企業(yè),要想更好的打入國際市場,就必須重視技術(shù)創(chuàng)新,提高企業(yè)的技術(shù)創(chuàng)新能力,從而提高產(chǎn)品出口附加值和出口競爭能力,逐步改善“中國制造”的低質(zhì)、廉價的低端國際市場競爭態(tài)勢的定位。 本文首先闡述了中小制造業(yè)出口企業(yè)的界定和發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀,然后研究了技術(shù)創(chuàng)新和技術(shù)創(chuàng)新能力的相關(guān)理論,并結(jié)合中小制造業(yè)出口企業(yè)技術(shù)創(chuàng)新現(xiàn)狀,提出和構(gòu)建了中小制造業(yè)出口企業(yè)技術(shù)創(chuàng)新能力評價體系和相關(guān)數(shù)學(xué)模型。 本文首次在中小制造業(yè)出口企業(yè)技術(shù)創(chuàng)新能力評價體系中加入了國際市場環(huán)境利用能力、產(chǎn)品出口競爭能力等評價指標(biāo);又從調(diào)研的十余家企業(yè)中選擇了三家樣本企業(yè)數(shù)據(jù),進行比較評價;找出了中小制造業(yè)出口企業(yè)技術(shù)創(chuàng)新中存在的問題,提出了相應(yīng)的為提高中小制造業(yè)出口企業(yè)的技術(shù)創(chuàng)新能力建議。
[Abstract]:Technological innovation is the soul of a nation's national industry. How to change our country from a "big manufacturing country" to a "manufacturing power", especially how to continuously improve the competitiveness of products in the international market through continuous technological innovation for small and medium-sized manufacturing export enterprises? It has become a subject that we must study. With the rapid development of science and technology, technological innovation plays an increasingly important role in market competition. In recent years, the financial crisis has caused the global economy to decline and the international market to be depressed. In order to protect their industries, countries have successively adopted various hidden means such as technical trade barriers and green trade barriers. Restrict and prevent the products of other countries from entering the domestic market. Therefore, if our export enterprises, especially small and medium-sized manufacturing enterprises, want to better enter the international market, they must attach importance to technological innovation and improve their technological innovation ability, thus enhancing the added value of product exports and the ability of export competition. Gradually improve the "made in China" low-quality, cheap low-end international market competitive position. This paper first describes the definition and development status of small and medium-sized manufacturing export enterprises, and then studies the relevant theories of technology innovation and technological innovation ability, and combines the status quo of technology innovation of small and medium-sized manufacturing export enterprises. The evaluation system and relevant mathematical model of technological innovation ability of small and medium-sized manufacturing export enterprises are put forward and constructed. In this paper, the evaluation index of international market environment utilization ability and product export competitiveness is added to the evaluation system of technological innovation ability of small and medium-sized manufacturing export enterprises for the first time, and the data of three sample enterprises are selected from more than ten enterprises investigated. This paper makes a comparative evaluation, finds out the problems existing in the technological innovation of the small and medium-sized manufacturing export enterprises, and puts forward corresponding suggestions for improving the technological innovation ability of the small and medium-sized manufacturing export enterprises.
