企業(yè)文化視角下JL公司核心競爭力提升途徑研究

【摘要】:隨著企業(yè)文化因素在企業(yè)各種管理行為中頻頻占據(jù)重要地位,,構(gòu)建優(yōu)秀的企業(yè)文化對提升企業(yè)核心競爭力的重要性已被企業(yè)經(jīng)營者、學(xué)者和社會共同認(rèn)同。基于企業(yè)文化的視角對如何提升企業(yè)的核心競爭力進(jìn)行研究,對正確建立健全企業(yè)的管理理論體系、構(gòu)建企業(yè)核心競爭力,具有十分重要的意義。 企業(yè)文化的思想文化、規(guī)范文化、關(guān)系文化和實(shí)體文化諸層次對應(yīng)企業(yè)核心競爭力的核心層、規(guī)范層、產(chǎn)品層,發(fā)揮導(dǎo)向、凝聚、激勵、約束功能,是企業(yè)核心競爭力的重要要素,并能促進(jìn)企業(yè)核心競爭力的提升,決定企業(yè)核心競爭力積累的方向,融入核心競爭力管理的全過程。企業(yè)文化建設(shè)從核心價(jià)值觀、規(guī)章制度、操作規(guī)范、人際關(guān)系等方面對企業(yè)核心競爭力各層次起著傳導(dǎo)作用,并能促進(jìn)企業(yè)文化管理、戰(zhàn)略管理、人力資源管理和企業(yè)技術(shù)創(chuàng)新,從而提升企業(yè)的核心競爭力。 JL公司是產(chǎn)業(yè)多元化的大型企業(yè),在面對日益激烈的行業(yè)競爭及國際企業(yè)巨頭的規(guī);、集中化、專業(yè)化的優(yōu)勢競爭和挑戰(zhàn)時(shí),急需進(jìn)行戰(zhàn)略重組和資源整合,以提升自身的核心競爭力。在長期的生產(chǎn)經(jīng)營過程中,JL公司結(jié)合自身行業(yè)特點(diǎn)、市場競爭狀況和企業(yè)實(shí)際情況,構(gòu)建了自成體系的企業(yè)文化體系,并通過對企業(yè)文化體系的實(shí)施極大地提升了自身的核心競爭力,取得了很大的成績與進(jìn)步。但JL公司的核心競爭力仍然存在現(xiàn)代企業(yè)制度不健全,生產(chǎn)效率低;高端產(chǎn)品、自主產(chǎn)品比重偏低,技術(shù)創(chuàng)新能力仍待提升;人力資源管理的水平需要進(jìn)一步提高;戰(zhàn)略管理水平有待提升等不足。JL公司需要針對目前核心競爭力的不足之處,通過研究核心競爭力的企業(yè)文化影響因素,從構(gòu)建優(yōu)秀企業(yè)文化的角度入手進(jìn)行有針對性的分析、總結(jié),拿出切實(shí)可行的企業(yè)文化建設(shè)措施,全面提升自己的核心競爭力。 首先必須構(gòu)建適合JL公司現(xiàn)狀的企業(yè)文化體系、健全企業(yè)文化執(zhí)行和管理的運(yùn)行制度、抓好制度執(zhí)行,以提升企業(yè)的文化管理能力;其次必須加大對企業(yè)戰(zhàn)略管理的管控力度、適時(shí)調(diào)整企業(yè)發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略以提升企業(yè)戰(zhàn)略管理能力;再次必須努力營造創(chuàng)新文化、健全創(chuàng)新人才的管理機(jī)制以提升企業(yè)技術(shù)創(chuàng)新能力;最后是從招聘、培訓(xùn)、激勵、溝通等方面提升企業(yè)的人力資源管理能力。通過這些企業(yè)文化措施的實(shí)施,JL公司的核心競爭力會更強(qiáng)更突出。 本文通過對企業(yè)文化如何提升企業(yè)核心競爭力的理論研究,結(jié)合JL公司的實(shí)證案例進(jìn)行分析,采用歸納分析法和實(shí)證研究的分析方法,對JL公司如何通過建立、實(shí)施自身的企業(yè)文化系統(tǒng)提升核心競爭力、核心競爭力還存在的不足以及從企業(yè)文化的角度怎樣進(jìn)一步提升核心競爭力進(jìn)行了研究,并提出了JL公司核心競爭力提升途徑的建議。本文主要的研究成果和創(chuàng)新點(diǎn)是:從企業(yè)文化與企業(yè)核心競爭力的理論闡述開始,對兩者的關(guān)系,重點(diǎn)是企業(yè)文化如何提升企業(yè)的核心競爭力進(jìn)行研究,結(jié)合JL公司的實(shí)例分析提出了從構(gòu)建優(yōu)秀企業(yè)文化的角度提升JL公司核心競爭力的途徑,為企業(yè)經(jīng)營管理者提供了理論和實(shí)踐相結(jié)合的參考。
[Abstract]:As the cultural factors of enterprises occupy an important position in various management behaviors of enterprises , the importance of constructing an excellent enterprise culture to improve the core competitiveness of enterprises has been jointly recognized by business operators , scholars and societies . Based on the perspective of corporate culture , it is very important to study how to improve the core competence of enterprises , and to establish and perfect the management theory system of enterprises correctly , and to build the core competence of enterprises .
The core layer , the specification layer , the product layer , the guide , the agglomeration , the incentive and the restriction function of the enterprise core competitiveness correspond to the core layer , the specification layer and the product layer of the enterprise culture , which are the key elements of the core competence of the enterprise , and can promote the whole process of the core competitiveness of the enterprise . The enterprise culture construction plays a role in the core competitiveness of the enterprise from the aspects of core values , rules and regulations , operation specifications and interpersonal relationships , and can promote the enterprise culture management , strategic management , human resource management and enterprise technological innovation , thus enhancing the core competitiveness of the enterprise .
In the process of long - term production and operation , the company has built up the enterprise culture system of its own system by combining the characteristics of its own industry , the market competition situation and the actual situation of the enterprise , and has made great achievements and progress through the implementation of the enterprise culture system . However , the core competitiveness of the company still exists in the modern enterprise system , the production efficiency is low ;
High - end products , low proportion of self - contained products , technological innovation ability still to be promoted ;
The level of human resources management needs to be further improved ;
The strategic management level needs to be improved and so on . In order to overcome the shortcomings of the core competitiveness at present , the company needs to analyze and summarize the enterprise culture influencing the core competitiveness , and summarize the practical enterprise culture construction measures to improve its core competitiveness .
First , it is necessary to construct the enterprise culture system which is suitable for the present situation of the company , perfect the running system of the enterprise culture execution and management , and grasp the system execution , so as to improve the cultural management ability of the enterprise ;
Secondly , we must strengthen the control of strategic management of the enterprise , adjust the enterprise development strategy in time to improve the enterprise strategic management ability .
Thirdly , we must try to create innovative culture and improve the management mechanism of innovative talents to improve the technological innovation ability of enterprises ;
Finally , from the aspects of recruitment , training , motivation , communication and so on , the human resources management ability of enterprises is promoted . Through the implementation of these enterprises ' cultural measures , the core competitiveness of the company is stronger and more prominent .
Based on the theoretical research on how to improve the core competence of enterprises , this paper studies how to improve the core competence , core competence and how to improve the core competence from the point of view of the enterprise culture . The main research results and the innovation points are as follows : From the point of view of the enterprise culture and the core competence of the enterprise , the paper studies the core competence of the enterprise .
