【摘要】：1950年,以美國(guó)為首的西方國(guó)家對(duì)中國(guó)實(shí)施了嚴(yán)厲的石油禁運(yùn)。這次石油禁運(yùn)是中國(guó)歷史上遭受的第一次石油禁運(yùn),與國(guó)際石油公司(主要是美孚、亞細(xì)亞和德士古)有非常密切的關(guān)系。開(kāi)始,美國(guó)國(guó)務(wù)院構(gòu)建了以美孚等三大石油公司為核心的輸華石油控制模式。其后,因朝鮮戰(zhàn)爭(zhēng)的爆發(fā),美國(guó)迅速與英國(guó)協(xié)調(diào),依靠三公司對(duì)華實(shí)施石油禁運(yùn)。三公司成為美國(guó)運(yùn)用石油武器的有力工具。西方對(duì)華石油禁運(yùn)不但使20世紀(jì)50年代中國(guó)的石油供應(yīng)更依賴(lài)蘇聯(lián),而且強(qiáng)化了中國(guó)發(fā)展自己石油工業(yè)的決心。
[Abstract]:In 1950, the United States-led Western countries imposed a severe oil embargo on China. The embargo, the first in Chinese history, has very close ties with international oil companies (mainly Mobil, Asia and Texaco). At the beginning, the State Department set up a control model of oil export to China with Mobil and other three oil companies as the core. Subsequently, because of the outbreak of the Korean War, the United States quickly coordinated with Britain and relied on the three companies to impose an oil embargo on China. The three companies have become powerful tools for the use of oil weapons in the United States. Western oil embargo not only made China's oil supply more dependent on the Soviet Union in the 1950s, but also strengthened China's determination to develop its own oil industry.
