某企業(yè)SAP HR系統(tǒng)實(shí)施研究

【摘要】:企業(yè)實(shí)施人力資源信息系統(tǒng)是為了降低在實(shí)際業(yè)務(wù)操作中人為的干擾因素和不必要的重復(fù)工作。通過人力資源信息系統(tǒng)的搭建,人力資源管理者可以從平時(shí)的常規(guī)性工作中解放出來,而去致力于整合企業(yè)內(nèi)外人力資源管理的各種資源,以實(shí)現(xiàn)人力資源管理角色的轉(zhuǎn)變。另一方面,HR信息系統(tǒng)具備快速、準(zhǔn)確、全面的提供有關(guān)企業(yè)人力資源管理數(shù)據(jù)的功能,這就能夠?yàn)槠髽I(yè)的戰(zhàn)略決策提供重要的參考信息。SAP HR是一套功能強(qiáng)大的人力資源管理工具。企業(yè)能否成功實(shí)施SAP HR與項(xiàng)目實(shí)施的方法是有很大聯(lián)系的。 本文以國內(nèi)一家知名服裝企業(yè)的SAP HR信息化系統(tǒng)整體實(shí)施過程為研究對(duì)象,采用SAP ASAP的最佳實(shí)施方法論,詳細(xì)闡述了在項(xiàng)目實(shí)施過程中所采用的實(shí)施方法、業(yè)務(wù)變革及每個(gè)項(xiàng)目階段性的交付物,同時(shí)介紹了項(xiàng)目實(shí)施過程中引起的業(yè)務(wù)流程的改變及項(xiàng)目實(shí)施階段中可能出現(xiàn)的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理等。企業(yè)實(shí)施SAP HR項(xiàng)目是一個(gè)非常復(fù)雜的系統(tǒng)工程,在信息化建設(shè)的過程中將經(jīng)歷很多變化和必要的管理變革,要組織很多人力參加工作。本文根據(jù)研究對(duì)象公司的實(shí)際情況,結(jié)合SAP ASAP實(shí)施方法論重點(diǎn)介紹了在企業(yè)實(shí)施HR信息化建設(shè)中需要重點(diǎn)關(guān)注的地方及業(yè)務(wù)上可能的提升點(diǎn)。在業(yè)務(wù)藍(lán)圖階段描述了公司的管理現(xiàn)狀及SAP HR標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的系統(tǒng)邏輯,以及如何通過最佳實(shí)踐,使SAP系統(tǒng)所包含的管理思想結(jié)合中國服裝行業(yè)的特點(diǎn)得到很好的應(yīng)用。文中根據(jù)該服裝企業(yè)的信息化建設(shè)步驟,研究了該企業(yè)的組織管理、人事管理、考勤管理、薪酬管理等。通過對(duì)項(xiàng)目實(shí)施各階段的研究,,SAP HR不但可以很好的滿足國內(nèi)服裝企業(yè)對(duì)人力資源管理,還可以對(duì)企業(yè)的HR管理帶來一定的提升。
[Abstract]:The purpose of implementing human resource information system in enterprises is to reduce human interference factors and unnecessary duplication of work in actual business operations. Through the construction of human resource information system, human resource managers can free themselves from the usual work, and devote themselves to integrating all kinds of resources of human resources management inside and outside the enterprise, so as to realize the transformation of human resource management role. On the other hand, HR information system has the function of providing enterprise human resource management data quickly, accurately and comprehensively. This can provide important reference information for enterprise strategic decision. SAP HR is a powerful human resource management tool. Whether an enterprise can successfully implement SAP HR is closely related to the method of project implementation. This paper takes the whole implementation process of SAP HR information system of a well-known clothing enterprise in China as the research object, adopts the best implementation methodology of SAP ASAP, and expounds in detail the implementation methods used in the implementation process of the project. At the same time, it introduces the change of business process caused by the implementation of the project and the risk management that may appear in the implementation phase of the project. The implementation of SAP HR project in enterprises is a very complex system engineering. It will undergo many changes and necessary management changes in the process of information construction, and a lot of manpower should be organized to participate in the work. In this paper, according to the actual situation of the research object company, combined with the SAP ASAP implementation methodology, this paper mainly introduces the possible points of improvement in the implementation of HR information construction in enterprises. In the stage of business blueprint, this paper describes the current management situation of the company and the system logic of SAP HR standard, and how to make the management ideas contained in the SAP system combined with the characteristics of the Chinese garment industry can be well applied through the best practice. According to the information construction steps of the garment enterprise, this paper studies the organization management, personnel management, attendance management, salary management and so on. SAP HR can not only satisfy the human resource management of domestic garment enterprises, but also improve HR management of enterprises.
